We booked for a car 2days before we needed it. Recieved a call on the day of the reservation that the rental is not available and we should search for another budget rental car location.

Shady business.Dirty car and they want to sell you insurance persistently even when there is already an insurance coverage from either the cc and corporate employer.

Even though I don't think this survey will make a difference or reach anyone... Let me share what a horrible experience I had with your company. I don't even know where to start. 1. I was contacted by the location just a few hours before my vehicle pickup time saying that they were out of vehicles and couldn't fulfill the reservation AFTER I made a non refundable payment way in advance. 2. I was given the 1800 number to call and request to move the reservation to another location or get a refund. Once I called the 1800 they said they could move the reservation but I had to find transportation and pay an amount 3X higher than my original reservation!!!! They couldn't honor the original rate of the reservation that was already paid? What a scam! 3. No interest or effort from ANYONE to assist with the situation. No assistance or accommodation from the location or the 1800 number. It was horrible.... I tried to speak with a supervisor and I swear I'm not trying to exaggerate...... Twice the call mysteriously dropped when they couldn't give me an answer. Putting me back through the automated system.. 4. I ended up being stranded with no transportation for HOURS!! They didn't attempt to assist at all.. It was either pay 3X the price at another location or get a refund. (Remember, my reservation was confirmed and paid for way ahead of time. 5. Finally I was left with the option to get a refund that will take 5-10 business days depending on how long it takes to process. PS - You guys were so $&@@&$ quick to take the money from my card for a no refundable reservation but when you couldn't fulfill the reservation you wanted nothing to do with me or my situation. I'm beyond upset and the more I think about it the worst I feel. I Will NEVER use budget/Avis or any company associated with you. And promise to share my horrible experience with anyone that I come across.

Over all the location was very Friendly and helpful. Car was a little dirty, due to being in a hotel (no car wash or service garage). *Helpful Note* If your not sure how long your going to need the vehicle, just call for vehicles availability. If you pre-pay online your not getting your money back for turning in early. Also if you need the vehicle longer than scheduled, there going to make you come back to sign another contract and get another vehicle.

This office utilizes deceitful business practices BEWARE! She will ask you if you are going through any tolls then she will add on a 12.00 per day toll convenience fee without telling you. The employees there could care less about anything but upselling you a car. Terrible office

Entrance on the far right side of the hotel parking lot. In case you can't find it . Had a good experience overall. Unfortunately the cost of the rental for one day ordered via phone came out more expensive than before when I reserved it the same way for the same amount of time. Could be the cause of car shortage. Over all had a good experience.

Worst experience. I got delayed by an hour. They charged me full day insurance. Logically one must not be charged for the whole day. As it is, the insurance charges are atrocious for an expat traveller. Whole day car rental is USD 150 approx. but for third day - late by one hour, I was charged additional USD 152 approx. Therefore be very careful and return the car well in time or else be prepared for shocks. Rental company must re-consider this atrocity. I am quite sure that they dont pay so much for insurance at all. They have the bulk insurance. Therefore they make use of the opportunity to the maximum. I will call it exploitation then. But shall never visit this rental company ever.

Even after reservation, they would call on the day of booking to inform there are no cars available. No pickup or drop off facility even for a mile distance.

Customer service is so bad. They didnot let me pick up the car. They said I needed to show the second ID like passport besides the driver licence even I reserved online and prepaid. I called 1800 customer service but no one could help and the line was busy. At the end we had to rebooked and paid extra. This Budget location should be closed.

Customer service is literally crap. We had a reservation at 12:30 we arrived there at noon. When we got there the man at the desk rudely tells us we need to wait in the lobby. He spent over 45 min talking to a woman. There was another individual in front of us who said he had been waiting as well and noticed he was just there having a general conversation with this woman even while knowing he had 2 other customers in waiting for him. After an hour we were finally seen only to be told that the car we rented wasn't available. "One car he had the registration had not been paid and the other smelled like smoke". After waiting an hour waiting we were very upset to hear this. He then offers us a larger vehicle but tells us we'd have to pay an extra amount for it. I've rented cars from other rental places and they have given us the upgrade at no charge due to the lack of vehicles not being our problem. This man basically put us in a no win situation we had already wasted an hour there so we agreed to pay the additional amount even though we knew it wasn't fair. He offered us to take the car with no registration. Why would we do that? He continued to say well if I rent you the car that smells like smoke you will be charged for the smell of that car 450.00 even though I know it wasn't you who did it. Again putting us in a situation where we had no choice. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. He was not friendly, he was not professional and basically charged us for something out of our control. Furthermore the car we were given had not even been cleaned. So I'm extremely certain they are not abiding by covid mandates.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES, NEED TO REPLACE AGENT, LOOKS LIKE HE DONT WANT TO BE THERE...AND PAID ON ADVANCE AND MAKE A RESERVATION AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THE GUY SAID THE HE DONT HAVE THE CAR AVAILABLE BECAUSE HE RENTED TO OTHER CUSTOMER...SO WASTE OF TIME, NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION AT ALL....

For all the people who are wondering, all the other reviews are absolutely true. I made a reservation about 18 hrs before. I get a call 15 minutes before my rental and tell me "we don't have a car!" I was trying to ask him for alternatives but just by the sound of it, I could tell he is rude. Thank God I didn't have to see his rude face and deal with him. Just look for another rental agency or branch.

Was here for a two day trip. Reserved a day in advance, paid and right before our reservation the next day, 15 mins prior the guy called and said we don’t have anything. We asked for an alternative and he just didn’t care. Don’t DONT rent from here. We paid and made reservations for other places too for the trip and had to rush our time

NEVER EVER BOOK A CAR HERE!!!! They will tell you that the car is not available on the day of rental when you go for pick up. This is the worst experience I have ever had with car rental. I always go with ENTERPRISE coz they are the best. I booked this just coz it was near my house and was easy for pick up and drop-off. My BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!!!! It is my bday weekend and we have things planned but finally ended without a car. They will not even respond well, very rude and arrogant. Don’t know first thing about customer service!!!!
