I love using Budget Fastbreak - you can reserve the vehicle ahead of time and simply go out and grab whichever vehicle is in your lane. Super fast, easy and convenient - especially after you’ve been traveling.

Arrived with reservation in hand. Our name is on the FASTBREAK board- we go out to cars to fin NO CARS!!! Why did you give away my car!!! Agent said- “we had a lot of volume today- NOT MY PROBLEM- I had a car reserved!!!!! Very disappointed

Even though I don't think this survey will make a difference or reach anyone... Let me share what a horrible experience I had with your company. I don't even know where to start. 1. I was contacted by the location just a few hours before my vehicle pickup time saying that they were out of vehicles and couldn't fulfill the reservation AFTER I made a non refundable payment way in advance. 2. I was given the 1800 number to call and request to move the reservation to another location or get a refund. Once I called the 1800 they said they could move the reservation but I had to find transportation and pay an amount 3X higher than my original reservation!!!! They couldn't honor the original rate of the reservation that was already paid? What a scam! 3. No interest or effort from ANYONE to assist with the situation. No assistance or accommodation from the location or the 1800 number. It was horrible.... I tried to speak with a supervisor and I swear I'm not trying to exaggerate...... Twice the call mysteriously dropped when they couldn't give me an answer. Putting me back through the automated system.. 4. I ended up being stranded with no transportation for HOURS!! They didn't attempt to assist at all.. It was either pay 3X the price at another location or get a refund. (Remember, my reservation was confirmed and paid for way ahead of time. 5. Finally I was left with the option to get a refund that will take 5-10 business days depending on how long it takes to process. PS - You guys were so $&@@&$ quick to take the money from my card for a no refundable reservation but when you couldn't fulfill the reservation you wanted nothing to do with me or my situation. I'm beyond upset and the more I think about it the worst I feel. I Will NEVER use budget/Avis or any company associated with you. And promise to share my horrible experience with anyone that I come across.

This company over charged me 400.00 dallars for under 23 years old then came back and charged me another 450.00 for car being dity really!!!!

I reserved a Kia Soul or similar 1 week prior to pick up. However I had to change the dates which ended up costing me an extra $10. However, a representative was able to take off a little bit over the phone. I arrived at the rental car center at 12:00 PM to pick up the car. I made my way to the Fastbreak area only to find no names or rental agreements. Because of this I went to the agent at the desk (luckily there wasn't a line). He told me the board wasn't working and that Fastbreak customers could just go outside. It would've been nice if there was a sign explaining this at the Fastbreak area. Anyways, I went to a stand where the lady took down my name and told me I could choose any car under the letter D. Despite having rented a Kia Soul, I spotted a Kia Forte that I thought looked cool. I entered the car and the keys were on the dashboard. I started it up and drove the car to the exit booth. There was a little bit of a line but I made my way to the front. There they asked for the mileage and scanned the vehicle. I drove out of the rental car facility and enjoyed my day in Dallas. I drove the car to Tyler, TX. The silver Kia Forte that I picked up ran well. However, I did notice a crack in the windshield that clearly wasn't a factory Kia windshield. Otherwise the trunk space was good. When I returned the car all I did was pulled up at the return area and they were able to scan the car and email me my recipe immediately. I then quickly made my way out of the rental car facility. I can't wait for my next rental with Budget Car Rental DFW Airport.

I had a great experience with the staff. However the vehicle that was rented to us had a maintenance light on when we picked it up, missing a radio knob, a chip in the windshield, and the tags were expired. The items we noticed prior to leaving the rental lot - the missing knob and maintenance notification- were reported. Once out of the garage and driving we noticed the chip in the windshield and when we went to load the car is when we noticed the expired tags. Not the best experience on that side of things. My suggestions: Check the tags, the expiration, the everything you can and make notes of it. Don't buy a car from them since clearly they have a rough time keeping things on their proper maintenance schedule.

Picked up a car late at night and did not see some scratches on it. The passenger door bearly worked and parts of the interior appulstry was missing. They charged me for the scratches. I drive it the places and did not hit anything.

Being a foreigner and visiting Dallas, for the first time. I was pleased with the service. And i would like to thank the consideration given by the lady that delivered me the vehicle. She saw my luggage and provided me a larger vehicle as my items would require greater effort to load into what I originally asked for. All this was done with no extra charges, Many thanks. Also when asked where would be the best location to refuel the car, again this wonderful person provided me with valuable info, as to where to do so.

The car they gave me broke down due to the alternator going out and I was stranded in the middle of nowhere in the dark for 2 Hours. Had to call roadside assistance 4 times before I could get a tow truck dispatched which happened to be one the local cop found and suggested. Worst car rental experience ever. Never again.

We were at DFW late with a disabled child. Rental car company Sixt next door was closed and robbed us $500.00. It was almost 11pm, so we went over to budget. The agent saw that we were desperate and he obviously worked on commission to Jack the price up. He quoted us $900.00 to rent the car that should have been $500.00. We told him we would go to the next rental car company. He said wait, let me see if I can work something out. He starts typing on computer. A few minutes later he says how does $650 sound. We were desperate so we took. We went out to car. Than found out a lady also was giving the same car to rent. We were able to keep car. The next day I noticed they gave us a care with two front bald tires ready to pop. We risked our lives driving the next 4 days. When I returned car to DFW budget. I warned the check in guy about tires. He said if the tire light is not on we don't check them. I told him someone will die because of you and budget will be sued. He than grudgingly wrote on window with white pencil check tires. Does this company really care about customers or the almighty dollar god? To take advantage of a family with a disabled child and than give them a car that could have caused an accident. And when told about tires on return, shrugging it off because there was no light on the dash board. Bald tires don't give a hazard light in the dash board.
