The management was very willing to negotiate east side of the building was better. I didn't stay there but they were willing to negotiate price. They where looking for long time tenants.

It's cool over here everybody is cool My little business they're all friendly I like it and the cafe as the most amazing food at a great price so I love it for that I'm a foodie I love to eat!! ??

Poor service and also rooms are in worst condition.Had Lot of roaches and had poor wifi connectivity.Rooms: Poor condition. Showers in bath tube were not working.Safety: Not at all safe place.

As soon as we got there the guy tried to upcharge us and upsell us. Then he said the extra fees were a part of the administrative fees. When I gave him the card and my ID, he went back and it looked like he made a copy of my ID. I thought it was weird but maybe I'm being overly concerned.Then within minutes of me leaving the front office, I get notifications from 2 banks and 3 different accounts that someone is using my identity to access my accounts and transfer money. I don't believe in coincidences.

I've stayed there on and off since 2020. This is not the place for children what so ever. I once called this hotel my home and as sketchy as it looks its actually really decent on the inside.
