This is horrible place . We rented a truck for one day included 56 miles driven for 39 dollors with 25 miles free . We dropped the truck on time with full fuel . They charged me 160 dollors with lots of extra charges with no reasons thaanks . Manager can only say sorry thats all and this all are scams

Came in from out of town and got a truck from this location to finish moving. Chris was super patient as we had issues with our card due to being from out of town. Super nice the whole time as we sorted things out and willing to help out.

Watch out guys, there are lots of hidden fees. They charged me $227/ for only one day rental of 20' truck for 100 miles of local drive.?

I have rented a moving truck twice and by far Budget was amazing. Rented a moving truck for 3 days, the 16" medium truck for $86 and it was sufficient space, not to mention that price was transparent! Did not end up paying more like other places where you get told 1 price and then when you return its more. Uhaul would had charged way more for the size of my truck and tacked on more fees. The gentlemen in the front was super nice and helpful. Would recommend you renting here and will definatly always rent at this location!

My sister and her husband traveled from Iowa to my house in the area to pickup furniture I was giving them. They reserved a truck through Budget for Labor Day, pickup at 11 AM. In addition, we had people coming to help with the move that we paid to do so. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at this location, and there was a sign on it saying they were closed for Labor Day. After spending over an hour on the phone calling Budget Customer Service, having them hang up on us multiple times, and basically say they would need to research and get back to us in up to two hours we gave up and went home. We ended up renting from U-Haul who were friendly, gave us a new truck, and some other free services. I think they felt sorry for us due to the circumstances. We never did hear back from Budget, but we basically had to call them back to tell them to cancel. Very poor customer service with this company. I would never rent from them again, and neither would my sister. They did not even know they were closed for the holiday apparently until after they hooked my sister into reserving through them. Buyer beware! Shame on you Budget! This could have really put us in a bad position had U-Haul not come to the rescue.
