Alex and his team went above and beyond to get me taken care of! Very great service and professionalism.They got my car done in a timely manner and took care of any concerns I may have had. They communicated with me throughout the whole process while my car was in the shop and explained to me very well what they were going to do. I highly recommend BW Collision Repair for any car repair! I was very happy with their work. Everyone was so friendly and ready to answer any questions I may have had and to help. I took my car to have it repaired at BW Collision. The staff were so nice and friendly. They even texted me updates on the progress of my vehicle. My car came out perfect. Down to every little detail. The manager Ricky was very professional and very caring. I highly recommend BW collision repair!! I won’t go anywhere else!

Bad experience at the BW collision center. Progressive insurance recommended this place to me but they do a very bad job, they turned on many emergency lights and sensors on my truck, its a very bad place.
Normally I don't make bad reviews. But I made an exception for this place,
It's really bad I don't recommend this place.

I had a FANTASTIC experience!! Through Progressive, we chose this awesome place, and I'm so glad we did. From the initial call to set up the drop-off appt to the communication along the way to the super speed they used to complete my repairs... Everything was smooth, easy, and convenient! They even dropped off my rental when I picked up my car. I would recommend 100 times over!
My favorite part? The office is so clean and smells amazing..lol. The ladies running the office are nice, professional, and incredibly helpful! Hopefully, I won't need another collion repair, but if I do, it will be at BW Mavis!!

OMG!! BW Collision did such an amazing job with my vehicle restoration!! I didn’t know what to expect because I never had been in an accident. You hear all of the horror stories about places who don’t live up to what they advertise. Well let me tell you: BW is the real deal “Holyfield” if you get what I’m saying! From start to finish they were nothing but professional! And they completed everything a week prior than expected. Thank You BW!!

I had repair work done by my insurance company and this company was great. They met the promised completion and in fact they beat it by several days. The office staff were very nice to deal with and knew their stuff. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was delighted to find out that it had been beautifully cleaned inside and out. Well done to everyone. I would definitely recommend them and would go back there again if I needed some work doing outside of an insurance claim

This place is horrible!!! As a customer you want them to treat your vehicle with care, at this place they didnt do that with my car. I was told my car was done from small minor passenger above the tire area repair, I went to get it, but there was a ding on it that wasn't there, before. The person attending me didn't answer my questions poor attiutde and customer service. Then the repair looked sloppy like it was rushed. They kept it another 2 days and then when I picked it up it the ding was gone, they did a bit better I guess but now my car had white scuff marks and scapes on the body of my car that werent there before looked like it was from washing or who knows but it pissed me off that I didn't even want to leave my car another day with them. Yes they give you a guarantee but from my experience, you take it for something and get other markings or scapes on your vehicle . Like they aren't careful with your care. The at fault person's insurance Progressive told me this was a top notch place. Last time I listen to an insurance company on that.I would not recommend to anyone. ?
