Very terrible service, the worst I have ever seen, more than an hour waiting and only one person attending to the new accounts after I finally got my one and then she went to open the window, it is incredible

Went to the lobby to avoid long lines in the
drive thru. That was a mistake. Only two people ahead of me. I waited over 20 minutes, till I proceeded to the teller. Only two windows were open and several customers were in line. I wished they opened one more Teller to expedite the process.

What's in your wallet? Hopefully not a capital one check. Another 1 ⭐ at this location won't matter to them i guess. Drove all the way from Arlington to get in before this location closes. Didn't check the reviews or I would have gone somewhere to another branch. After the teller had a bad attitude and didn't want to cash a check and wanted the social security card he said I should open an account. What a joke, my bank would have taken a day to clear the check.

Worse service ever. Stereotype is definitely at play at this location. You definitely can't walk in with a check without being judged. I walked into the lobby to deposit a check wearing loose clothing, sweat pants and a hoodie and got the worse service ever. This location definitely told me I can't wear comfortable attire and be a black woman to handle personal business in a professional manner.

Kendall was great and helped me deposit my check because the app was malfunctioning and pushed my direct deposit day back but he got it for me instantly.

I had a great experience at this bank. Went to open a new account and as soon as I walked in, Ana Trejo was standing by the door waiting to help me. She showed me how to sign in to get helped when it was my turn. Right away she started helping me with what I needed. She was very nice and polite. She had all the answers to my questions.

I have only online banking. I have a terrible experience. They freeze my account, so I called customer service to ask to close my account. They won't close my account, and I'm not able to access my money now. Really regretting opened my account with them.
