I had an accident on 05/17/2024, as I was on my way home from work right around 11 p.m . I saw Nissan pathfinder loose wheel hit my van and causing severe damage to my van. I took my van to the body shop Car Crafters in Irving. The owner Jivanni was very understanding and he was helpful in submitting a proper estimate to my insurance. He also made sure the repair needed was done properly. Always a good place to fix your car if needed a body . Genuine guy. Guaranteed job

I had an accident, someone hit me and ran away, resulting in scratch and dent. Mr. Jiovani helped me fix my car and it is in a great condition when I get it back within a week. Do not let the location and size of the shop confuse you, he's a reliable person and easy to work with, I have no problem letting him fix my car.

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and looked up on google auto body shops. I chose car crafters since it had multiple 5 star’s reviews. And of course Jovanny did an excellent job on my car. My car looks great like nothing happed, I highly recommend, he does incredible work.

Better than "like it never happened"!! Jovanny and his team at Car Crafters made my car look brand new again! I don't know how he did it, but he even matched the paint perfectly and my car is a 2012! His craftsmanship and professionalism are second to none! I can't stop raving about the wonderful job he did. From the moment I brought my car in, he handled everything: from dealing with insurance requests to answering my million questions to performing miracles with my babycar! The first picture was how my car was looking for a month, had tons of scratches and where the panel met my back right door had an indent so it was hard to open the back door. So I ended up taking it Car crafters to set me right. Thanks to Giovanni and the fact that he was understaffed he was able to turn around my car within a couple weeks. Even at that he said he was sorry it took to long and gave me a complimentary ceramic coating. The picture to the left is the finished product and it looks brand new like nothing ever happen. I highly recommend Car Crafters for any collision repair they did an amazing job on my BMW looks like new!!! Nobody could get me in for repair for months luckily I came across Car Crafters on Instagram and when I called they told me they could get me in right away! Had an amazing experience with "car crafters bodyshop", I had gotten into a little accident and I brought my truck here to get it fixed, very friendly environment talked to Jovanny and he worked on my truck and i wouldnt be happier he did an outstanding job loved the way my truck turned out. brand new like nothing happend. appreciate it i would definitely recommend this place for any bodyshop needs.
