Better than "like it never happened"!! Jovanny and his team at Car Crafters made my car look brand new again! I don't know how he did it, but he even matched the paint perfectly and my car is a 2012! His craftsmanship and professionalism are second to none! I can't stop raving about the wonderful job he did. From the moment I brought my car in, he handled everything: from dealing with insurance requests to answering my million questions to performing miracles with my babycar! All I can say is that his work exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and would strongly recommend his business for all your auto body requirements!Services: Painting

The first picture was how my car was looking for a month, had tons of scratches and where the panel met my back right door had an indent so it was hard to open the back door. So I ended up taking it Car crafters to set me right. Thanks to Giovanni and the fact that he was understaffed he was able to turn around my car within a couple weeks. Even at that he said he was sorry it took to long and gave me a complimentary ceramic coating. The picture to the left is the finished product and it looks brand new like nothing ever happen. I highly recommend Car Crafters for any collision repair they did an amazing job on my BMW looks like new!!! Nobody could get me in for repair for months luckily I came across Car Crafters on Instagram and when I called they told me they could get me in right away! Jovany was very professional and kind he explained the whole process very thoroughly and he got my vehicle done in a timely manner!!! Took my aftermarket hood to this place. Took a little longer than expected, but was worth the wait. Workers and Owner were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them for daily driver or custom work. Price was fair and reasonable.Service: Painting

Had an amazing experience with "car crafters bodyshop", I had gotten into a little accident and I brought my truck here to get it fixed, very friendly environment talked to Jovanny and he worked on my truck and i wouldnt be happier he did an outstanding job loved the way my truck turned out. brand new like nothing happend. appreciate it i would definitely recommend this place for any bodyshop needs.

Jovanny did an awesome job with my 2022 GMC SIERRA AT4 2500HD I crashed it from the front but Jovanny took care of everything he spoke with insurance and took it from there. Since the moment I got there he was very nice and took well care of me. Jovanny kept me updated on every step and also what the insurance was telling him. He did an amazing job on my truck and since it’s a new truck you know everybody looks at it and when he gave it back to me man it looks the same as I got it from the dealer. Also it looks better because I decided to color match it and Car Crafters is the right place for color matching as well they know what they are doing. I highly recommend Car Crafters and Jovanny to take care of your needs in body shop they’re the best in Irving and also he speaks spanish so that’s a plus.Services: Body & Trim

A friend recommended this place after I was involved im a hit and run. Best referral I’ve ever gotten. They were polite, professional, and informative about the process since day one. They kept good communication with my insurance agent and took care of all the back office work without any hassle. Car crafters went above and beyond not just with the work on my car, but with the whole process. Always kept me informed and sent images about the progress. They also met the deadline, which was huge for me due to hectic work schedule. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family, also any car enthusiasts our there that wants their cars to be in good hands at all times.
