Crooks! They allowed me to open a trust account, deposit a rather sizable inheritance, then closed my account without notice. They have NOT released my funds. It has been over a month. Elgie acted like he was too busy to help me. I wouldn't bank here if it was the last bank in Irving Texas!

They don't answer the phones. Ever. I urgently need something notarized as I'm moving across the country in 2 days but they only have appointments available for Jan 4th, 2024. How does one of the largest banks on the planet not have time for their customers? Guess I'll just walk in there tomorrow and hope they have someone available....

I've been going to this Bank for 4 years and been a Customer with Chase for 9 years. I don't understand Every time I go to the ATM they never Work one time it took my Money I deposited it and I had to make a claim It took about 6 weeks to get my Money back. ATMs are Supposed to be in an out Drive through I have to go inside the Branch. I made an appointment to see if I can get a Safe account The Bank Teller Priscilla is very helpful and Sweet always asks any of my Questions Fix them ATM an Appointment Setting I will give 5 Stars

Bank needs to be cleaned, hedges are dried up, trash along fence, hedges, entry is not welcoming, Window's are dirty, Tellers are loud.
