I did leave a 5 star rating, but the second week of May the director Monica pinched my sons back and broke skin she would always show so much love to him when I was around as soon as I walked away she would change and be mean to him, no one cared so I got my son and took him out… this daycare is not what it seems, I worked here and thought it was wonderful till I saw how little other teachers care about the students. Even the new management is awful and disrespectful to new and old teachers THIS DAYCARE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN with the amount of abuse that goes on here

the first thing about this daycare is that good teachers don't last, due to the lack of payment, Neither last directors when specifically asked the teachers not to let my kid with teacher Ashley Negron whom has let my kids over 4 hours without changing his diaper and didn't offer enough food I talked to the Director Monica, I called corporate office and nothing was done. I found my kid and the same spot same teacher all I was told is that nothing can be done and that my kid has to be with her due to the ratio. I also ask her about my kids security since I reported the teacher I was afraid she could take it on upon my child all they said was that they doubt it!Definitely not the working parent best friend.

Teachers are mean. Food is gross. They take kids outside up to 3 times a day in the heat. Infants always getting hurt in the baby room. And director acts nice in your face but yells all day at the kids. Tells the kids one thing and tells you another and later tells kids she never said that. Just a liar! Big mistake taking my kids here. They hated each and every day they spent there. They would go all day without eating at times. And would take money from my bank account without my approval. Kids wouldn’t go to field trips and they would charge me until i had to ask for a reimbursement. Teachers don’t even like working there.

I’m so thankful for the Childcare Network! My son has been coming here since he was 3 months (now 2 yo) and my infant will be starting in a couple of weeks. My son is loved and cared for so well here. They know his individual needs and always make sure to post pictures on the app so that I can see him have fun while I’m working. So thankful for the directors, Adrian and Samantha, and how much of their heart goes into this place. I love how they treat the teachers with respect and they all seem like a family.

I absolutely genuinely love this Daycare/Learning center. The entire staff takes real pride in the love and care they provide to our children. It’s very hard to find a facility to CARES for your child like their own and it’s genuine. My daughter attends and she is thriving and visibly happy there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this school family.

This school has been a breath of fresh air for my girls and I. My 3 year old twins attend this location and I am so pleased with the way it is operated. The Director Adrian and Assistant Director Samantha are such great leaders and are always so pleasant and professional. They care, offer different resources for parents and will try their best to assist in anyway they can for the betterment of your child. The school is always clean and it is common to see teachers wiping down and cleaning throughout the day. My girls are learning daily and often come home with new vocabulary and new skills. The teachers are very patient and helpful. I am so happy I chose this school and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering it.

Our daughter has been enrolled at Childcare Network 170 for a little over a year. When she started it was a big adjustment for me. Up until that day, she had always been with me. The director (Ms. Adrian) really helped put our minds at ease, she went out of her way to make us and our daughter feel welcomed. She spent the first couple of weeks going above and beyond making sure we stayed informed with every little update about her. She has continued to put up with my "extraness" with a smile! Without her I couldn't have gotten through it. Miss Samantha is her amazing AD. She is always so friendly and upbeat. I have seen her fill many different roles to help keep her school running smoothly. We are so happy that we found Childcare Network 170.

Having gone through a lot of different daycares I am extremely happy bringing my child here. The building is big, CLEAN, and doesn't smell like dirty diapers in the halls or office. The staff is very friendly and approachable. My daughter loves going here. She talks about her teachers at home and gets excited when it's time to go to school. Truly and highly recommend taking your child here.

Very disappointed in this daycare. I inquired about the facility at the beginning of October I informed the assistant director upon meeting for a tour that my child had autism. After the tour I was emailed the enrollment packet. I did not go to enroll my child until the end of October. I did call and make sure the spot was still available and I was told it was. By the end of the week I was called and told my child could start that following Monday. At the conclusion of my child's first day, I finally met the director who informed me that she did not even bother looking at my child’s enrollment information until after the registration fee payment was made… To then follow with stating that in order for my child to continue care at their facility they would require an IEP (mind you, my child is only 3… NOT school aged). I advised the director Adrienne Coleman that my child was not getting evaluated for services until mid to late December. In that, she stated my child could not return to their facility. I was not advised of this policy prior to enrolling and paying for services with this center. NOR is it stated anywhere in their policy and procedure book that an IEP is a requirement. She also tried to tell me there was a section on my application asking for auxiliary accommodations which has nothing to do with my child having autism as my child does not have visual impairments. So when she said she would not accept my child in her center I requested a refund. She said she would have to “ask” the district manager to get approval but did not provide me the name and contact information of the district manager. Now I am out of not only $300 but also childcare for my daughter and I have started a new job. None of this so-called policy was stated to me when I inquired about services. They proudly took my money AND turned my child away.

I would like to start off by saying if your looking for a childcare facility PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD ONLY YOUR MONEY. They put on a facade, act professional in the beginning and once your child is enrolled the truth comes out. The director is even worse than her employees. They don’t take the time out to clean your child if you have an infant which is beyond me as I want to pick up my child in the same condition in which I left her. All in all this isn’t a good place at all. I’m only posting this bc I don’t want other mothers to endure the same type of treatment nor do I want them to bamboozell any other parent with the fake professionalism.

The teachers are very young and always on their phones. My son came home with bite marks multiple times and his teacher never had a clue who or when he was bitten. The last straw was when my 3yr old son told me his teacher RACHEL pulled his ear. I got a hold of the Director Adrian who seemed not to really care since she never bothered to return my calls for an update of the incident. I went up there to see what was done about the incident with his teacher Rachel. Apparently nothing was done about it so I pulled my son out there. Teachers and the Director really have poor communication skills.

My son is so happy here! Every time we walk in the door, he is greeted by any and all teachers with happy smiles and happy energy. I feel so comfortable dropping him off each day. They also have an app where they upload his daily updates and they even upload pictures of my sweet boy! I love Childcare Network Irving and can't imagine sending my son anywhere else!

I took my son here since he was 6 weeks old until we moved. He came here through the corona virus pandemic and I had no worries that they were going to take good care of him. They kept him on a schedule and he was happy every time. They are a great team and I would recommend them to any body! Great staff, great admin, great price! The teachers were fantastic and very kind.

Being a working mom you always worry about the care, attention and love your child is receiving but at Childcare Network #170 this is NEVER my concern when I drop off. From the administration staff, Mindi, Amy, and Sam, to her classroom teachers, Ariel, Rachel and Shae, I know my baby is loved, attended to and taught social skills she wouldn’t learn at home as an only child. I love our daycare!!!
