Staff doesn't seem to look at the extras we mention in online ordering. They didn't even put a spoon and tissues in bag like other stores does. They just taped them.

I had visited this restaurant with my family. It took some time for me and my kids to place order since it was out firs time. The staff constantly passed comments in Spanish and was making fun of us. One of the worst experiences an customer experience I ever had. I would never visit this restaurant again.

If you are ordering online I urge you to pick a different chipotle. They can only handle in person orders.

Service has gotten better in 2024 compared to 2023. I still see little issues like they've run out of forks and spoons and straws in evening. Not sure how one is supposed to eat a bowl without a fork, not sure how you forget to order such important item. Hopefully the mgmt reads this review and fixes these issues.

On Thursday around lunch time I was in line and heard the young black girl screaming at customers that sides were extra, as a long time loyal customer sides have never been extra. She was extremely rude and loud for no reason. I believe her name was sierra. Sierra, 0/5 stars, do better. Food was good though.

I went in around 12:30ish, line is to the door. When somebody gets ready to check out the cashier(big dude with locs) takes his precious time wiping down the counter. Then the manager I’m assuming(a young black girl) talks about people having attitudes today (talking about a customer) where other customers can hear her. Like you’re a manager working in customer service whatever the customer did should’ve been brushed off and I’m still not sure what he did. Then she told the cashier that THAT customer didn’t deserve a “have a nice day” like seriously? This is who y’all employed to be a manager? She needs more training on customer service because that was unnecessary and uncalled for. The customer didn’t even know she was talking to him or about him. I been going to this chipotle forever as I’ve stayed in this area for over 14 years, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. I literally rather go to the one on beltline.

Every time I get Chipotle, I get less and less food when they make your plate. $30 plus...... FOR TWO half filled bowls. Asked for double meat and was served half a spoon extra but charged $5. chip bag has less than 10 whole chips in the bag, what a rip off..... For the price you pay and the amount of food are not of equal value. Chipotle is now off the list of restaurants to eat at.

worst chipotle ive ever eaten atfor starters the food tastes old, the chips were stale and the meat does not taste freshsecondly, my bowl was prepared absentmindedly. they forgot to add certain ingredients which pretty much ruined the meallastly, my queso had a weird large chunk of meat in it. it was honestly a digusting surprise

Not happy with the service, attitude or food at this location.. as being a Chipotle eater nearly every day. I definitely prefer my fajita veggies not to be raw… I asked if by chance I could have mine grilled longer.. since there were none on the line anyway.. per the manager, I was told no! After proceeding with my order and eating ONLY to find out the brown rice was CRISPY and CRUNCHY AS WELL!!! I have never… but after the attitude of the manager I just forced it down.. because I’m really not one to complain but this was unacceptable!
