I understand that CitiBank is an online-only or ATM bank for us in the DFW area. Despite this fact, I have had nothing but good experiences with them in the 7 years I've been using them. They don't operate like some shady, small-time financial institutions. For example, credit card payments are reflected in your available balance immediately rather than having to wait multiple business days for an ACH payment to post. They worked with me when I was in a financial bind - all I had to do was contact them as soon as I knew there was going to be a problem, and they were more than happy to help.

Iam having the worst experience ever with this bank. They first blocked then closed my account. I can't access my fund untill the 30 to 90 days because that is the closing time frame. So I can't access my OWN money for 30 to 60 days. I had bills to pay but now am homeless. Can you imagine what am going through knowing I have money. Never again. Customer service are people in the Philippines and india

My Citibank Double Cash Card was illegal used last month, and I called to deactivate and dispute all the charges from wallmart . City Bank sent me a new credit card during this period. When I received the card, I went to I checked the app and found that this new credit card had been illegal used again. I hadn't even started Activation yet, so I called them and told them how it was possible that the credit card was used again before I even received it. . They had no way to explain it. I closed my entire account and stopped using their credit card. They must have leaked their internal customer information.

Stay FAR away from Citibank. Been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. I’d sue this bank so hard if I had the resources handy. Haven’t been able to access my account in MONTHS. Based on reviews, doesn’t look like I’m alone in this

The worst company to have a credit card with, I couldn’t even imagine leaving my money with this “bank”. I was recently a victim of fraud and Citibank refused to give me the phone number that was used for my 2 factor authentication. The phone number that was placed on my account by someone else they would not give me so I could file a police report. This company protects criminals, so I would reconsider using this “bank”.

This bank is horrible I had an online account and there was an issue but it was fixed. But they continued to block my account freeze up all my money told me account was referred for closer. The thing is I have not done anything for it to go into closer. Now every penny I have is tied up and I am a single mom mind you that it was my only bank account the the people in India do not give a f about you. They told me that it will take 30 to 90 days to close my account then they will send me a check. I can’t wait that long it only took less than 10 min to start the account. So now I can pay any bills I asked them to expedite the closing and expedite my check they said they may or they won’t I have no branch to go into in my area and this sickens me I never should of made this my bank it has been the most horrific situation I have been with the bank. I should of been able to give them no stars..
