Citibank reps are not knowledgeable. I will not keep this account. Fraud alert on my account. Thanksgiving 2023 so I had to get a new card I take some of the blame I guess but other banks I have used at least give you a temp card so you can continue your banking but not this bank. So I'm going g on 2nd day no money and can't get to it. And also no branches in Texas. You would think the reps would know this and at the very least give me a chance to transfer money somewhere else so that I have funds to do the things I NEED to do. But when you out source work to ppl that don't really understand the English language this is what you get. My fault because I didn't really look into Citibank. Lesson learned I will be going back to the banks that have branches everywhere. I will have no funds for at least another whole day. Thank you Citibank for showing me you are incompetent as related to other banking institutions.

Do not do business with Citi Bank.They say they will protect you from fraud and bad purchases. This is untrue. They will give you a temporary credit but will always side with the merchant. They will not gather relevant info for the dispute or give you any chance to offer proof. Do not trust this bank.

I went with chase because my paycheck would be there 3 days before Citigroup. Other then that it was ok if you like to wait for money.
