This was the easiest and fastest car purchase I’ve even done. Stephan worked with me until I had the best deal in the state. You could definitely tell this dealership actually cares about their customers from the first phone conversation through setting down with the finance agent to sign the paperwork.
I arrived at the dealership about 11:30 AM and was driving off the lot before 2 PM.
An awesome experience!!

I had a quite disappointing experience at this dealership. I purchased my car OCT 23. Dez was great-honest and helpful- but the rest of the team is very unprofessional. First, due to Dez not being there at the time of purchase another sales person, Aden C. helped me. However that salesperson tried to charge me more than Dez quoted and recorded my phone number incorrectly in all of the contracts, despite me correcting him. Second, the finance person came to take my payment information, I handed him my phone so he could write down his email so my bank could send him the payment info. However, as of today Nov 13 my bank has still not received the payment request from the dealership. My bank needs the payment request by this week and the dealership still doesn’t have an answer as to why they haven’t requested the payment and I’m frankly quite tired and frustrated with them. We are a military family and have never had to deal with a dealership that’s this unprofessional!

This is the only Kia that consistently has availability for service. Called two others this week for an oil change and they said it would be three weeks to get in for an oil change. They are very communicative and timely with what they do! Thanks for always taking care of me. Bought my car here three years ago and drive across the metroplex for all services ❤️

I had my vehicle towed to Clay Cooley Kia for some simple repairs earlier this year and was assigned to Jesica Lopez. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of the work, but not the full recommended list of work. I discussed potentially trading in the vehicle and spoke with someone who said he would provide me with a trade-in offer. I never received the offer. The last contact I received from Jesica was a call asking if I wanted to move forward with the additional recommended repairs that I hadn't previously approved, or trade in the car as-is. I never heard back from the man they told me would give me a quote for the car. I had approved work to be done on it, but no work was ever completed.
After not hearing anything from them for months, I called to check the status of my vehicle. Jesica said they didn't know where my car was, but she said they'd try to locate it and would call me back. I had absolutely zero notice or warning my car would be removed from their service center to an unknown location. I now own a car that was possibly sold for parts and no longer exists.
I placed multiple calls (15-20 times over the course of several weeks) to the dealership with promises of a call back. Nobody can find my car and nobody is calling me back. Now when I call the service department I can't get anyone to answer unless I call from a different phone number so it seems they're screening my calls. My case was assigned to a new person, Dawson, who is still not helping me locate the vehicle.
Clay Cooley seems to have no desire to make this right, and I am out thousands of dollars. This has been an unimaginably horrible experience, and I recommend staying far away from Clay Cooley Kia in Irving!

This experience was great and Mitch fixed a problem caused by a previous employee that no longer works there. She went above and beyond and provided me with the upmost care related to my car that had damages done due to an illegal tow (not related to kia). Her attention to details and ability to listen and put things into action has relieved so much stress that I’m facing with legal retaliation against a shady tow company.

I was reviewing the offer from Clay Cooley Kia for my sister and brother in-law; Clay Cooley tried to pulled a fast one.
On Clay Cooley Kia's website, the advertised "Your Price" is: $44,409.00 and offered $8000.00 for their trade in. The sales rep. sends them an offer, with the $8000.00 trade in, total price of the car is $43,762.00.
We replied: you offer of $43,762.00 means the sales price of the car without the trade in is $51,762.00. This is more than the advertised price. If we take your advertised price minus the trade-in, we should not pay more than $36,409.00 assuming we agreed on the advertised price.
They said they are looking into it and will get back with us. We asked for an itemized bill of sales.
I doubt they will be calling us back.
