This company only works hard for you when the threat of leaving comes up. They have messed up our access numerous times and continue to be unprofessional, Shannon specifically. I highly recommend looking at other HR/Payroll/PEO solutions.

My experience with this provider has not been good to say the least. My opinion on this matter is shared by a large swath of my companies employees. Even the Managers and Executives share the same frustrations. Implementation was also not the greatest and was hasty. I’m aware some of these complaints may land at my companies feet. Summary below:
Pros: Cheap. Not nearly cheap enough for the headaches created.
Cons: Thry don’t support some very popular and standard financial institutions. Banks and investments firms which are supported in many other places are not here. Curious.
- EXTREMELY slow payroll processing which as an added bonus is inconsistent as well.
- Support is 8-5 so good luck getting information or help after hours. (More like 9-4)
- Only a few seem to know all benefit packages they offer.
- Healthcare options are 1/4 grade above the worst I’ve seen. Definitely the worst I’ve had. Likely partly my companies fault.
If you ever got paid early in any manor with your previous processor… you absolutely will not be with this one. You will be lucky to get it on time.

Will not direct deposit to my bank. Now it costs me $40 every check to cash. No services or loans possible if they require direct deposit, which most do. My only recourse is to change banks from the one I've been with for over 10 years. This company may help businesses but its at the expense of the employees.
