Great check in and check out process. Entrance/exit can be tight so may want to slide tandems forward. A bit tight of a dock to back in but not horrible. Loading was quick and check out was as well. Did not see if they have a restroom.

Check in with the nice lady security open trailer door while waiting for a text for the door. When door turn green paperwork will be on your trailer then check back with the security.

BEWARE they will load you over gross they loaded me 85,800 that's with me out of they truck and a 1/4 tank of fuel. It said 51,000 on the Bill's but they will just tell you to go weigh it. Now I've wasted half the day and I'm still sitting in a dock. So basically they can care less about the drivers time. So I've been dealing with this all day and not getting paid one dime. Totally unprofessional and very disrespectful. And they do it all the time said the lady at the gaurd shack.

09/29/25 08:45 am The lady at the entrance gate should have been friendly. My experience was horrible, and I had to return three times. Poor coordination and personal mistreatment, even though my pickup number was correct. I can understand that maybe it's not in their hands, but it should be an attempt. We generalize about our race, because of our ego. We're generally regarded as unkind on the street. Note to management: Pay attention to people with that condition.

My appointment was at 7pm got there at 5pm, got a quick loading by 6:30 pm was done. everyone was nice and helpful.

My experience was pretty good. I was loaded in about an hour and gone. Have your tandems all the way forward before you get there. Turning in off the street into their guard shack is a hard tight turn, but not to bad if you have your tandems forward. The docks are a little tight.
