I really like this community. The location is very nice. You can go anywhere in TX, highways are very near. Shopping mall and other Shopping and food points are very close. For Muslim families, Islamic center is on walking distance. Very safe and quite environment.

Everything was very good until my contract expired. I left everything very clean and handed over the keys 15 days before. And then I got a bill for almost. 500 dollars.
It is unacceptable because I left everything Perfect. I don't understand.
Be careful. And they decide to live. In point hills. Because. They charge you more after a month after you left, even though this is fine.
I don't recommend it at all

Please don’t move on this apartment!!
Reasons: roaches problem, parking issues, no gym, worst service ever, unprofessional management and super expensive with zero facility. Never ever refer this apartment to anyone in this world. I would rate them negative. Hope this will be helpful to the prospect tenants and loads of opportunities for improvement to Management team.

Since the day I moved in Nancy has been bothering and harassing me badly I never met someone who can’t mind their own business and is constantly trying to be in yours when I first moved in they accessed the wrong apartment(my apartment )for a work order then had to nerve to try and charge me a fee or lease violation Nancy called it because I had my moms dog for a day. So I paid it the fee and accepted it but when they entered my apartment again due to my toilet flooding they say they didn’t notify me or email me or call me or left something saying they entered I told her pain and simple im not paying no fees associated with anything they messes up and then they noticed me 3 days after this flood so called happend. Ok fast forward to todays current events back in feb they sent me a notice to renew I said to my self I didn’t want to but why not the rent want really increasing a lot. So I went in and got that taken care of. Now sometime this week I had a letter on the door now they are saying that I can’t resign and I went immediately into the leasing office and spoke with Joslyn and here comes Nancy saying she have been trying to accesses the apartment she was lying through her teeth and I told her she was lying because what reason did you have to access my apartment their is no fire, no work order submitted you can leave what ever you need me to see on the outside of my door just like you did with this letter. If you ask me Nancy is accessing people apartment without consent and authorization she’s taking her job position over her head she’s always worried about who’s on the lease and beating around the bush when I went into the leasing office I told her if that’s the problem then just say it no need to sugar coat it and guess what I didn’t have any extra people I can’t help that my child’s father a long with other family members help me with the car of my son
please be careful with renting from them just know that Nancy is very negative and noise I’m glad I’m leaving you saved me the stress and relieve

Worst apartments I ever lived. Rats/mouse roaming around and in side the home. The leasing office people are terrible taking care of things apart from charging extra fines and all.
Complaints:
1. All the drain pipes are blocked
2. Kitchen dishwasher won’t work, it we put the work order they come and look mark as completed. But it never worked.
3. All the windows has gaps around, it will be hotter in summer and cooler in winter
4. AC Units are big mess, they are more than 20 year old never gets cool the enter home even thought if we turn on 24/7
5. Coming to the Leasing office employees they are always rude, if any mistake a wheater it’s small or big they don’t care. They will do what has to be done as per the collinosi point rule book
When it comes to them they will ask for excuses like hell.
I suffered around 3 months of rats in the house. I thought of going legal action on them since we have a kid in the home and they are not taking care of rats.
I would give less than 1 star
I never prefer or recommend anyone to this place.

I am very happy to live here, the apartments are beautiful and above all there is a lot of tranquility, Miss Nancy is very kind and helpful, she always tries to help with everything and in the best way. Without a doubt the best place to live is this.

First off, Nancy is an absolute moron. Ive never met anyone who knows so little about what they are supposed to be doing. She knows Z E R O about anything and is no help. I guess they’ll hire anyone??? She once called me randomly and said i owe the apartment money. I went to the office and asked her to show me the math. Took her 14 minutes and she clearly didnt know what she was doing. She was just sitting behind the desk tryin to look busy and was clearly uncomfortable bc she didnt know where the amount she was asking for came from. By the end of it she said “oh actually you only owe $2.33.” She is so dumb. From the get go i could tell no one knew what they were doing so i recorded every convo i had with anyone who worked there (TX is a one-party consent state). But i cant give all the credit to her. She isnt the only moron working there. No one knows what they are doing, maintenance isnt helpful and never fixes anything (apartment flooded several times), parking sucks, property always filled with trash, parking is awful.

Praising Jesus Happy Tuesday! Where do I start??!! Been a resident since 2021 the office has changed hands more than you can count money!! I’ve been holding this in but now I’ll speak my peace! Lack of professionalism, rude, incompetent, disrespectful, just pathetic on communication all the way around! I respect them period but what I’m not going to allow noooooo peasant to do is abuse and misuse the power of authority! Since Martha left Nancy has the same exact nasty attitude that Martha had and it’s getting out of hand! You pray for change but it’s worse! No wonder the young gentleman that was helping didn’t want to take a full time position because of Nancy ugly attitude! She says watch out for everyone else but truth Be prosperous stay safe be blessed! Told I TRUST NO ONE!!! NEVER HAVE! I pay rent way before it’s do so the pathetic communication I receive is very hilarious!!Consistently is key, and the office is very inconsistent with everything! Have to constantly ask for pest control when we’re paying monthly therefore I shouldn’t have to ask they should just come! Myself and numerous of residents have video and conversations saying that pest control is a you problem! How do when we’re charged monthly! My advice from my lawyer keep recording and stay away from the office!!!This is a nightmare when they only care about the $$$ and not the individual it shows a lot!! Miss Jocelyn new management is fairly new she’s learning she has nothing to do with this complaint it’s all Nancy she got way toooooo big headed and it’s pathetically disgusting honestly been going on since Martha left!!!! That’s my peace!!
