Came in for a blood draw for a Job & I told the lady doing the blood draw that they usually pull from my hands. She still tried to draw from my arm and failed. She wants to try again but this time on my wrist….i refused and told her I’d just accept a letter to my job stating I was unable to stick. She says no and that she would HAVE to try and tells me “play music or something and to look away” ….very inconsiderate, neglecting, & unprofessional.

Turned away from urgent care today in the middle of an asthma attack. Filled out required forms by indicating chest pain and a cough so I told the front desk. Front desk pressed me with HIPPA violating questions and told me the practitioner on site would not see me. I just moved from out of state and the climate has caused my chronic illness issues and they would not see me.
