The guy who was working in the front desk he being rude with the customers..I bought a pack of smokes he gave me different brand..
And he don’t wanna switch the smokes..
Wrost customer service..

Hi,
This Incident time: July 14, 9:30 to 9:40 am sunday
I daily come here to buy Cigarettes.
But today I was charged 2$ extra for some kind of cups
I clearly saw it and when I aksed about it the person working in the shift denied it(she is a lady)
I aksed for receipt and she says its is not working and she cannot give it.
For 30 mins she denied about it.
And finally said she will refund back but she didn't and tells me to call my back for refund.
She also says she is the store manger lol🤣🤣
Please remove such cheap workers from store.
And I want my money back else I am going to report to my bank saying unauthorized charges

Usually don't go in here just come to fuel. Today i decided I wanted a cookie and the fuel app I use showed I could get cash back today on any purchase. I went inside and saw they have a butterfinger brownie and settled for that instead since I've never heard of such a thing. Oh em gee I'm glad. It's good. Just heads up if you like sweet but not too sweet then this might be too much for you. By the time I got half eaten it became so rich. Just a warning.

I’m regular customer here, today 02/29/2024 at 7:01 pm the guy at store name is charles, he is behaving like rude and didn’t gave me info about when asked regarding Texas 2 step picking numbers paper and he looks like frustrating & this is the 2nd time it happened. Requesting circle K head person to look in to this issue . Thanks

The cashier was not smart enough to speak. He over charged me and then proceeded to stare into space as I questioned why my total was so much. Don't waste your time or money here.

Horrible customer service and they knew none of they pumps was working the man and the African American tall girl in there are so rude and do not deserve to work in there. The girl kept telling me to get out when I'm asking questions about the pumps. She was acting so ignorant like she was the one at 3 different pumps that wasn't working in the rain. Don't go here it's better to go to Exxon right across the street. Forget the hassle of trying to go to circle k.

Arrogance at its peaks right here. Better go for Exon right across the street. Cashier was way too arrogant and was speaking impolitely to the customers. There is this cashier who is a white guy who does all such, rest of them are good.

The cashier was very rude he is a white guy and he feels like he was paying money for my stuff. while we are paying to our stuff he told us to "GO AWAY" i don't know why he said that. we just went in and took our stuff and went to the cashier. He was very rude that wasn't acceptable.
