Company refuses to honor its warranty. The mattress sags by 4 inches in the middle. I’d rather sleep on a couch than this.

Receptionist was rude and wouldn't help me with my questions. She implied that its a mattress that is made under another name and wouldn't help. Never again!

Unprofessional and rude, completely unwilling to honor the warranties on there own mattresses. My mattress I purchase was a Cali King and broke down with in 8 months of the purchase. Will NEVER purchase another product from these rude lazy people. The store i bought it from is apparently the only way to have the warranty honored.. and the store I bought it from is a piece of work. Not surprised they carry this companies awful mattresses. Awful people working with awful stores to sell you garage mattresses. From a business owner my self.. hope you go out of business ?
