Awful. First time in the common area in awhile. The places energy used to be chill and peaceful now it’s obnoxious, micromanaging with signs in your face, redundant emails. Gives off tyrant, controlling and nervous feels, ick. Management changed a couple months ago and it just isn't the same. The things that should matter don't.
We got an email about a fire inspection Friday, 8-23, a problem that has been an issue since at least March of 23. They are going to bill the unit responsible for it. There has been A LOT of moveouts. I don't see the same cars. So some innocent tenant will be billed for something they're not responsible for because a previous tenant did it and moved out because of all the problems. Blame from the new management to solve the issue which they will probably rephrase to look good in a review comment that it was handled. Look at the history of reviews. It will prove the long standing fire alarm problem timeline. I asked for an appointment due to my two jobs. The Texas Fire and Sound guy apologized because he didn't have to check my unit saying "its not anywhere near where you are" due to a signal that showed the area in the building it came from yet management knew this and still let me be disturbed after being up all night. So this innocent tenant got disturbed. Third party vendors are more respectful than management. Management could have said sorry for those of you that knew the fire alarm went off again, we have a signal and will address that unit and any correlation but no, this management says "f you you are fined for annoying us with this signal" They just didn't care. They didn't simplify, care or minimize they punished and lied about who needed to be inspected.
They are just not "good people" if you are from out of state, from certain areas from Chicago to New York, you understand what I said. Get ready for some southern c-u-next-tuesday-ness from Logan in how she speaks to you. Condescending as hell.
Treadmills are still broken (6 months), the outside tv was never replaced, don’t have enough EV chargers for the amount of electric vehicles, many residents asked for more for over a year with no improvements. Management speaks to you like you’re dumb with fake condescending, passive aggressive verbiage. Never enough coffee cups.
They tell Amazon with signs in their face. They know how to work the computer in the package locker. The elevator is always broken and the stairs are locked you can’t get heavy or big things put at your door. Those people are timed.
I have marks all over my bathroom walls from previous tenants hooks because there aren’t towel bars. No one looks for that when you tour.
This place just isn’t smart. It’s an illusion of service and luxury.
Our previous managers got promotions so I can’t wish for them back but anything other than the ones we have now would be an improvement.

Terrible management experience! I’m in a different state, so I took a virtual tour with them. The tour team was helpful, but everything else was chaotic. Before submitting my application, I called to confirm all the steps because the process is time-consuming. They assured me they would review my application and send the necessary forms the same day. However, I ended up waiting for five days, and only after repeatedly calling did they finally send the form. The entire process was different from what they initially told me. After speaking with them, they stopped answering my calls, but when I used a friend's phone, they picked up right away. I don’t understand how their manager is always in meetings with such poor management. Just wanted to share my experience!

I’ve been living here for 3yrs now and everyone is always on point. As soon as I put a maintenance order in, Richard is so quick to come and help me fix the issue! I really appreciate him for his efficient response and help.

I’ve had a great experience here. Logan is always super friendly and welcoming whenever I call or drop by. The maintenance team is awesome—really quick and on top of things. And the amenities are fantastic. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!
