The front office was amazing. But it’s not even a month and my apartment is falling apart. Due to no closet doors and wasp hive growing on our patio. And not to mention it a very hot summer and I am cooking inside my apartment. The maintenance guy said because it is hot outside it’s going to be out in here. They should at least give a portable a/c or reduce my rent. I can’t even cook dinner.

If I could give this company NO STARS I WILL SAVE YOUR MONEY rose is disrespectful nasty she looks out for her own people. You can call and make a report for maintenance they do a horrible job the pest control isn’t a real company they get there spray from Walmart and it doesn’t work I was moved into a roach infested apartment mold used carpet chipped paint dirty ceilings fan walls greasy and nasty DO NOT RECOMMEND she does more watching on her cameras then she does expedited work orders and doing HER JOB. This is not an accredited company with the BBB DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Moving into these apartments has been such a smooth and positive experience, all thanks to Rose! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional. She took the stress out of the entire process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome — but that's exactly what Rose did. I’m so grateful for her help and excited to call this place home!

I can’t say enough good things about the reception team and the manager here. They are absolutely amazing always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything you need. Crossings at Irving is where I call home very nice place to live and the front office staff and manager are the best they get things done if needed. I highly recommend it here.

Great apartments since day 1!! The manager Rose ,has been a blessings to my family since move in. She never allows anything to go wrong in my apartment,if so,work order is done asap! So,appreciative tp finally get someone in office thats for the people and property!

Will not recommend these apartment at all. Everything was dirty and broken, lots of cockroaches and windows were broken. Never in my life have i seen such terrible apartments with really bad conditions.

Honestly, the place wasn’t even safe proof to live on . It was messy, disgusting, broken windows, the walls had holes, the bathroom still had pee stains AND the oven wasn’t even cleaned( overall everything wasn’t cleaned). I saw a lot of roaches everywhere and it was upsetting. I would NOT RECOMMEND even going to see these apartments. If you do, Youre getting scammed.
