Spanish lady blonde hair, and glasses up front stays in office on the phone with “sister”, every time I’ve came to get something from my unit bathrooms are never open.. quite ridiculous to have a facility with restrooms yet they’re never open anytime I’ve came.

I had a fantastic experience with GTS so far. From the moment I reached out, their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to explain all my options and helped me choose the right unit for my needs. The facility itself is spotless—well-lit, clean, and well-maintained. I always felt that my belongings were in good hands, thanks to their excellent security measures, which include 24/7 surveillance and secure access points. Ok place for storage unit. Be careful your not in the part of the basement that occasionally floods. Prices increase on a regular basis.

I stored my belongings at this facility for years with no issues. When the weather caused a leak in my unit ruining some items, the ladies in the front office were very helpful in guiding me through the insurance claim process. I recently gave up my unit because I moved away, but Amanda made the exit process very smooth. If you're looking for somewhere to safely store your things and you live nearby, I highly recommend this place.

I had a very good experience renting a storage where I use to bowl and play pool in the 1980's.
The ladies at the counter desk were very friendly and helpful. I feel safe to store at Golden Triangle Self Storage.

I’ve come to the knowledge of my unit being infested with rats! I’m disappointed because when I 1st moved my things in, i didn't have as much a gnat in my things, but during my last 2 visits, i saw a large amounts of rat poop. I was advised by the lady at the front desk that they need proof in order for me to file a claim. It’s exhausting to have to take time away from my day to go back in there and move things around to provide proof that the person who was w/me at the time of discovery already saw. When i have time, i will go back to provide photographic proof. The rates continue to go up there as well. But overall, i appreciate them for not auctioning my things when i found myself in a tough position a couple times and couldn't pay on time. But I am curious to know what brought on the new recent name change of the facility.🤔
But if it weren't for these two things (rats & price) i would've given them 5stars.

Front desk is always happy to help and of service. BUT there has been 3 owners since I’ve been renting here and I hate it because we are not given heads up on new websites, which causes more problems payment etc.. it’s been CUBE SMART KING STORAGE now GOLDEN TRIANGLE. SMH

We love Amanda Varela! We recently had to change units after 4 years and Amanda made the process seamless. No small feat since my daughter, the original renter, is going to school 2200 miles away and could not be present to sign paperwork. She fixed us up in an hour through emails and DL pics etc... Beyond that, the rates are super competitive, the units clean and dry, and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Very happy customers here! Thank you.
