Rude and condescending pharmacists. Go to Albertsons pharmacy, much nicer and more helpful.

Only use them because I'm made too, by insurance. The folks in the pharmacy treat you like you are there for them and they are doing you a favor by being there. Given the choice, I'd never go there.

Pharmacist was friendly and informative about getting my vaccine shot. The procedure was easy and quick.

The pharmacy is a complete clown show, they don’t contact you when your covid test is cancelled because the only guy who can input info for the CDC happens to be out, then you’re out of luck, nobody else can type information into a database or hand off a test kit if the one guy isn’t there, had a APPOINTMENT at 10:45 am and got all the texts confirming my appointment all morning only to show up and find out I need to come back at 1pm and wait in line with everyone else who was scheduled before 1pm to get my test I SCHEDULED for 10:45am, these are the clowns giving out the vaccine as well mind you, beyond frustrated with this location, if you can get your COVID test and vaccine somewhere else, DO IT

The pharmacist administering Covid booster shots is consistently late. Shows up after 10am and earliest available time is 10am.

Their pharmacy opens at 9am, and nobody came to the drive thru window to help us until 9:28a.m. We arrived before it even opened in the drive thru, and after waiting for 30 minutes we look inside the window and the workers who finally showed up, didn't even come to the window, they helped somebody on the inside who got there way after we did. Then when the lady finally comes to the window, she had no type of customer service what so ever. We told her we'd been waiting since 10:50 and she says "well we dont open until 9am" and I said "and it's 9:30. and she says "well i just got here". just very rude. So then we tell her our information to pick up prescription and she walks off, another worker comes to the window and asks us for the same information we just gave her! So not only did we have to wait for over 30 minutes after they opened, but we also had to repeat ourselves to 2 different workers, then they tell us our prescription isn't even ready yet. But when i had called on thursday the week before, they said it would be ready on Friday by 6pm. They are completely unorganized. The 2nd person who came to the window had a little bit better customer service but the first lady was pooh cheese.

This store is very dirty. The cashier space and the money gram phone was all dusty and dirty. You would think that because of COVID, they would try to be clean. It's disgusting.

CVS y mas refuses to serve anyone not wearing a mask even if medically exempted so avoid this place at all costs if you don't wish to experience discrimination. I don't curse or belittle anyone when I explain the situation, I just simply explain & leave to take my money elsewhere but the 2 Latina ladies laughed at me & sneered "Ridiculous" as I was leaving because I'd compared this medical discrimination to racial discrimination to argue businesses aren't technically allowed to determine their own rules per historical precedent. They're both allowed to disagree with my analogical argument but the snide retort & mocking laughter was unacceptable & speaks volumes about CVS' employees and their lack in decorum. It's true that one can't buy class, but one can vett their employees and clearly CVS has not done that. Also, on the way out I realized the store was actually quite dark & filthy and cluttered with restock for the shelves...if health is SO important there then the store wouldn't have looked like a pig sty >_< I happily went to Walgreens where I was served with ZERO issues, excellent customer service, and a sparkling clean & bright environment. I will never go to CVS again and have advised my friends & family (especially my mother who has COPD & doesn't deserve to be treated in such a way) to swap to Walgreens.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service. After being told my prescription was out of stock, I called to transfer the prescription and was on hold for so long (close to an hour) that I drove to the store, only to find NO ONE in line. The incompetent staff just doesn’t take phone calls apparently.

I called this CVS to speak to a pharmacist about prescriptions that I have been getting filled here for years. I had a few questions...needed some help. I sat on hold for 20 minutes before finally just hanging up. Thanks for not making my healthcare needs a priority. I'll be looking for another pharmacy.

So, you have to contact another store to place my order on hold that I want filled, in order for me to buy a two day supply with cash; does this even sound right? They are short staffed just like y'all are, now I might facing kidney rejection because y'all are unable to process a simple request!

This CVS has gone downhill extremely bad. I spent an hour and 20 minutes trying to get somebody to pick up the phone in the pharmacy. I would wait on hold up to 10 minutes so I finally called the manager. His name is DeShawn and he told me he would walk back there but instead he just left me on hold for prolonged periods of time as I called back two more times to speak to him... CVS needs to hire professional managers, not somebody like this joker he was just standing around when I finally drove up there...
