This pharmacy was close to our hotel when we were stranded in Dallas for the recent ice storm, February 2023. We had been delayed enough that we needed some important medication. Our home pharmacist coordinated with this pharmacy to fill prescriptions. They filled them quickly, caring about our situation, and the service and professionalism was excellent.

Rude lady behind the counter. She got hostile when all I was doing was looking at headphones. She said in a condescending attitude that I need to ask to see headphones. That made me not to want to do business with her then. How are people supposed to shop if you can't get to any of the products.

The pharmacy at this location is way to busy. Or they do not have enough personal. I called an was placed on hold for over 15 mins. Finally hung up and called the front of the store and asked for the manager. I told him and he said . OK. I will transfer you to the Pharmacy and go tell them they have a call. And, again I was put on hold for another 10 mins. WoW!

I think the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just because the store itself is a little rough around the edges doesn't mean the staff doesn't care, or the refills aren't on time. They accept Good RX coupons if you don't have insurance, I saved $40 on my prescription.

Description , bad customer service specially evening supervisor her name is Garcia v rude , loud and v slow terriable customer service , this location has not friendly staff @ all .
