Waited in a line for 45 minutes before I reached the service desk and waited another 10 minutes to get the medication packed! Sooooo slow….. always….

Do not get your prescriptions ordered here. They are understaffed and you will be waiting a while. I called before arriving and they didn't even have anything on file with my name. So I called my doctor and they confirmed that they the sent the order and they sent once more to make sure. When I arrive there is only one person working and he had 30 orders to fulfill before even seeing my order in the queue.

CVS pharmacy is doing a good job. The staff who served me was very understanding, patient and detailed to the point. I was served immediately and left within a short time.\nCVS should keep their staff motivated by may be employing more staff. At the time I was served (around 8.20 a.m) there was only one pharmacist and one technician.

Pharmacy absolutely does not pick up phones. You'll be waiting over 20 minutes and still on hold. Expect the time in the drive through and inside pharmacy to be long as well. No sense of urgency, or communication from them. Even looked at all other reviews, they seem the same, and I would like to add they do have a giant piece of paper blocking window, so no way for anyone to see each other, and know they will be with us. Will have you sitting in line and get mad when you push button to just see the wait. Again, lack of communication and lack of urgency Would recommend the one on Walnut Hill, much better!

Course I come here to review after trying 5x to get through to pharmacy . Doesn't matter what time of day or night, you won't get through . I'm tapping out after 30 min of elevator music . That's only after I've been stuck I. The automated system . Once it gets to the Covid 19 shpeeeel (not why I'm calling ) there's not an option to chose no . So you have to select #.I'm trying to get ahold of them because my script is out of stock there . So I wanted to find another cvs it's available at, per the note in the app. It's been 4 days and just now saying in process but doesn't say when it MAY be ready.IM IN PAIN !!!

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. Have to check prescription status in person and that's a huge waste of time. Pick up the phone.

This CVS store is just Fantastic,nice clean. The Employees are always there to assist you. And the pharmacy being as very very busy, no matter what are always friendly, courteous, greeting you at the pharmacy check out with a smile. And it's open 24/7. You can't beat that. Plus if you join their CarePass rewards it's very worth it. Thank you CVS!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. Manager followed me around the store until I paid at the register because apparently I look like I steal. Racial profiling? Stereotyping? Possibly. Not cool. Felt so uncomfortable I bought something I didn’t even want. Will never come back. Do not come to this store.

Wish I could give this place less than one star. Don't bother calling, they will not answer. Have called multiple times a day on several occasions and have never had anyone answer. I only use this pharmacy because it is the only 24-hour pharmacy in my area, but I will be transferring my prescription the first chance I get. Wait times in store are just as bad. There are always 3 sometimes 4 people bouncing around in the back with only one person checking customers out during peek times. I'm not an expert, but peek times is when you should have at least 2 people checking customers out and one person at the drive-thru. I repeat, DON'T BOTHER CALLING, YOU WON'T GET AN ANSWER!

Drive through time tends to be about 15min per car. They also have the window covered in paper so they don't have to make eye contact with their frustrated customers.
