Wow.As someone in the healthcare sector that serves the majority of people,I have never seen a pharmacist as rude as the last with the lab coat (Asian) that attended to me.She was extremely rude and referred me to the front desk to pay.Mind you,I requested for a sore throat medication.Her response lacked empathy and she was extremely hostile.

Every time I come in here to deposit or withdraw something from my chime, there’s always an excuse about how the manager says. They can’t do it before or after a certain time. But this store is listed as a chime ATM though.

white guy with glasses refused to serve hispanic customers asking for printing services.
came in needing to print something im assuming since i speak perfect english he thoughts i was white, he was i guess nice to me but as soon as these two young couple with very little english tried to print something too he told them “ no “ and said it over and over again. meanwhile hes handing me a paper
he still acts as if they aren’t right infront of us. the young couple used a translator to tell employee how is he gonna refuse service to them and not to me and im assuming employee acted like if he couldn’t read either. i tried helping them but i can only do so much and employees have to hand them the printing paper. not one to call names but that seemed very racist to me

This worst CVS I have ever been to always comes up with stupid reasons that the system is down and we don’t do it after 7 bala bala especially the Asian-looking guy with an arrogance attitude he needs to be fired from this store

I came here when the store was supposed to be open. Online it says 7 am. The doors should be unlocked at 7 am. I am waiting in my Uber for almost 10 minutes because my Uber was nice enough to wait for me, but no matter how many times you call the store or bang on the doors the person walking around in the store couldn’t care less about the group of guests waiting to come inside. HORRIBLE OPENER!! GET DEDICATED PEOPLE!! MY MONEY IS WASTED AND IM LIVID! WILL NEVER COME BACK, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wonder why you don’t even have 3 star rating, do better.
