I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received on 09/17/25 at your 8580 N McArthur Blvd pharmacy. The pharmacist, Deepthi, was incredibly patient and helpful.
I came in with a new prescription and had some concerns about the cost. Deepthi took the time to carefully review my options, and I was so impressed when she proactively looked for and applied a manufacturer's coupon. Her effort saved me a significant amount of money and made the prescription much more affordable.
Beyond just saving me money, she answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood how to take my medication. This level of personalized care is what makes a great pharmacy experience. Please recognize Deepthi for her exceptional customer service and dedication to patients.

I visited the store to purchase the Perfect Scents Platinum perfume during the BOGO offer. Unfortunately, there were no testers available, so customers were expected to use the actual product on the shelf, which reduces the quantity of what’s being sold. When I asked for a replacement, Miss Ramirez offered me 25% off instead.
At checkout, however, she became extremely passive-aggressive, speaking in such a harsh and exaggerated manner it was as if her lungs and eyes would pop out. She insisted that the cheaper item would be free and the more expensive one would be full price—meaning I didn’t actually receive the 25% off she had promised.
I politely explained the issue and her own logic back to her, pointing out that without testers or replacements, expecting customers to pay full price under a BOGO promotion is unfair. Instead of handling it professionally, she raised her tone further and abruptly refused to complete the sale.
I left the store feeling disrespected and shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

My experience using this CVS Pharmacy has been decent. Their lunch time is different than what you’d expect, but other than that they put in a lot of effort to get prescriptions filled quickly. I even had one of my prescriptions filled just minutes after getting the CVS text notification that they received it from the doctor. I’ve seen the employees here respond politely to some really rude customers, which is better than most of us could do with such a workload.

Extremely irresponsible staff on weekends please check the dose & medication as this could be life threatening. The weekends at this pharmacy is a big NO!
