My experience using this CVS Pharmacy has been decent. Their lunch time is different than what you’d expect, but other than that they put in a lot of effort to get prescriptions filled quickly. I even had one of my prescriptions filled just minutes after getting the CVS text notification that they received it from the doctor. I’ve seen the employees here respond politely to some really rude customers, which is better than most of us could do with such a workload.

Extremely irresponsible staff on weekends please check the dose & medication as this could be life threatening. The weekends at this pharmacy is a big NO!

Literally the worst pharmacy I've been to. Had to come back 3 different times to finally be able to pick up my prescriptions because "everything is being push back". Made me wait 15' everytime just to turn me away. You can get quicker service anywhere else. Don't come here!!

Literally the least organized pharmacy I've ever used. Poorly staffed and poorly managed. Prescriptions often filled incorrectly, have to ask multiple times for refill requests to be sent to prescribers, and the line simply to pick up a filled prescription is almost always long, even during non-peak hours (I'm currently waiting to pick up and have been in line over 15 minutes).

Please do not use this CVS pharmacy. They don't answer the phone and no one is working. Wait times are ridiculous, assuming you can even speak with anyone.

This pharmacy is unsafe. It's not even funny how bad this pharmacy is. You should not use this pharmacy if you have medications that you use to treat serious health conditions. You could potentially go days/weeks without it due to incompetency.

For some reason every time I need to pick up an Rx from this pharmacy location.... The staff are rude, stretched thin, and lack customer service. If my insurance would allow me to got elsewhere, I would in a heartbeat. For such a busy pharmacy, more staff (and customer service training) is needed. I wrote this as I have sat on hold on the phone for 20 min so far and have been placed on hold twice now without interaction in the same call.

Worst service of any pharmacy I have used! They will let the phone ring for and be standing chatting about nothing! I have been using this CVS for a while because it's convenient to where I live. I am looking for a pharmacy that actually cares for their patients and as soon as I find one by O will transfer all my meds there. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes and it just hung up on me!! This is the final straw!

RPH Van Chung is not so helpful. I asked her of the med needs to be taken with food. Her response " the instructions are on front of the bag" ooook does it need to be put in the fridge? - like i said all instructions are there :/

Not that great. I waited 20 minutes in line and had to go somewhere so ended up not getting my prescription. I have to go back since this is the closest location and I get the most amount of the prescription all at once that my insurance will pay for (3 months versus 1 month supply)

This place lost my prescription and didn’t even apologize about it or offer to call my doc to get a new one :( they also always tell me my stuff will be ready at a certain time and when I go to pick it up it’s rarely available. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt but how do you lose a prescription and not do anything to try and fix the problem or be kind to the customer about it? Bye CVS!

Horrible customer service. They make us wait on call for more than 15 minutes on an average. The staff does not keep their word and keeps the customer guessing and waiting. The only reason I had gone here is because my insurance company had partnered with CVS. But I realized respect for my time and prompt service weigh far more than a few bucks saved. I happily switched back to my previous pharmacy who attended to me in 2 minutes.
