The customer service at this pharmacy is hit or miss. No one smiles. No one is happy to be doing their job. I waited at the drive thru of this pharmacy behind someone they were servicing for at least 5-7 minutes and they shut the door on me when it was my turn saying they're closed. Wth?

Go to the CVS in Irving - close to Walmart and Sam’s. It’s the best. Their store is clean and organized - and Pravya is the best of the best when it comes to customer service. She is the friendliest associate CVS has anywhere. I will definitely be going back to this CVS.
