This is the worst ran pharmacy I have ever gone to. They are consistently bad. None of the pharmacists seem to care at all. Reading the reviews, I honestly dont know how this place is still in business.

Stopped by to pick up some medicine, great location everything is always well stocked and despite not feeling my best, the experience was remarkably uplifting thanks to the incredible bilingual cashier. Actively assisting multiple customers, seamlessly switching between English and Spanish, ensuring everyone felt heard and attended to. Their attentiveness and clear communication made the quick visit much more pleasant. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and effective service—truly commendable!

The customer service at this pharmacy is hit or miss. No one smiles. No one is happy to be doing their job. I waited at the drive thru of this pharmacy behind someone they were servicing for at least 5-7 minutes and they shut the door on me when it was my turn saying they're closed. Wth?

Go to the CVS in Irving - close to Walmart and Sam’s. It’s the best. Their store is clean and organized - and Pravya is the best of the best when it comes to customer service. She is the friendliest associate CVS has anywhere. I will definitely be going back to this CVS.

The team at this store were very helpful. They helped me find the product that I needed and also assisted me in utilizing a coupon. This is why I shop at CVS. Great customer service and the coupons are great too!
