I was given the worst Customer Service ever at this Irving location. I will not be shopping there again, I don't recommend shopping here unless you want to be treated terribly and/or ignored.

I always go to this location, and yesterday, Saturday morning, there was no ATM in front to help, there was a couple of adults trying to use the ATM, I called for someone to help us, since there was a line of people I appreciate a girl and I treat that couple in a very bad way, they had placed the money in the coupon space, that girl was not kind or understanding and much less tolerant, there are those who do not understand English, nor do they know about technology, for many It is not easy for them to learn when they are older, this girl was born with technology, please we all deserve to be treated better, please appoint people who have a much better attitude.

Don’t use this pharmacy. They lied to me and said my doctor never called in my prescription. This makes me wonder how many other patients they’ve lied to. Then when I finally got a hold of someone they told me they didn’t carry my perscription. This was after multiple attempts to get ahold of someone. As a health care worker this is completely unprofessional!

This store keeps getting worse and worse. Management PLEASE do something about it. They clearly need more help here. The store is always filthy, and the pharmacy is always out of stock. It’s a very busy store. I’m sure y’all are making enough profit to staff and stock it better.

Changing pharmacy this is so bad they take forever they have huge lines inside the store to pick up prescriptions and a huge line in drive thru as well
