This store keeps getting worse and worse. Management PLEASE do something about it. They clearly need more help here. The store is always filthy, and the pharmacy is always out of stock. It’s a very busy store. I’m sure y’all are making enough profit to staff and stock it better.

Changing pharmacy this is so bad they take forever they have huge lines inside the store to pick up prescriptions and a huge line in drive thru as well

First time using CVS for pharmacy and I wish I hadn’t!! They never answer, long lines, and when you go in person nothing is ready.

Waited 3 days for an antibiotic script, then 2 hours in line, they hadn't even checked my insurance, and the customer service persondidn't speak English. I will NEVER EVER come back.

Terrible experience, I recommend taking down the vaccines option at this store! I confirmed appt. when I arrived at store 15 minutes before my appt. time. I checked in with the young girl wearing glasses ( who laughed at me when leaving store!) at 3:50 she advice me to wait, that the pharmacist will be right with me. I saw pharmacist walking out at 3:55 then she calls me and tells me he is at lunch, that it will be a 30 minute wait! Really? What kind of pharmacy are y'all running here? Very un-organize! This is why my prescriptions are at Walgreens (who should I have gone beginning with first dose) CVS needs to get with the program or more stores will be closing from loosing all the customers!DO NOT SCHEDULE OR GET VACCINES AT THIS LOCATION! Avoid the HEADACHE!

Waited parked in pharmacy drive thru for staff to return from lunch. Was 10min past 2pm which sign on window stated were said to be back!. Waste of my time. We all work ya know. It's cutting on my lunch time too smh horrible

Please More training for The employees. I was not stealing anything so yeah. Her work phone was showing 7 items my email receipt had 10. And I also used all the coupons I have including The extra carepass that I pay a monthly due on. What's she was looking at was 7 coupons.

I went to pick up my child’s liquid amoxicillin and received powder instead. They forgot to prepare it! I had to drive over twice to get my prescription super annoying and they should be more careful! What is it gonna be next time? The wrong prescription?!!!!
