This place is worse drug store.their pharmacist the lady with south Asian looking discriminated me. She did not sold my insulin because other cvs store from Arlington send me over there. I am a senior and drove 8 miles from Arlington to there. She told me they have medicine , but she is saving for her customers. I wonder if I was not a customer?she was very rude , and unprofessional. I will be calling to head quarter of cvs and asking what is customer definition for them. I am type two diabetic and depending on insulin , and I end up going ER because of her rejection .

Hi,everyone I'm giving this clinic a five star my insurances covers my fue shots this year El store silently and the pharmacy is kind they care for my opinion every visit! Just give them ur email down load the app ask for a Walgreens card digitaly and ur able to put the # in the self check out or give ur number to the regrestor... I'm new and like it so enough! Texts for med pick up is fun for an Irving naborhood! Thanks Mom and dad!!!!

I have gone back-and-forth with this store for a week to get a prescription for my husband. They told me 3 times it was ready, and when I went to get it, there was a problem. I had to call the Dr. twice, and insurance once just to move it along. Worst pharmacy ever. I also dropped of prescription on Tuesday, called Thursday to see if they were ready, and they hadn't even started on them. When I went to pick them up on Friday, was told I would have to come inside because it would take too long to run them through my insurance. They are very incompetent.

Was just in there to pick up some prescriptions & Amparo was annoyed when I asked to pay for my prescriptions separately. She didn’t seem to understand what I was asking and was attempting to argue with me about paying for them separately-when all she had to do was NOT SCAN 1 of them and then do a whole other transaction. She then kept tapping her fingernails on the counter as I was going through the steps on the pin pad for each transaction & even skipped my screen where I could’ve entered my phone number for loyalty. I did cash back on the first transaction and when I was finalizing the 2nd transaction, she firmly said ‘No cash back, I can’t do cash back.’ Like this was her money she was giving me. She does not get to provide this type of service, treat people this way & not get called out. I understand the pharmacy is very busy this time of year, but I counted 5 other, very capable looking people there with her that were moving fast and efficiently. The customer in front of Amparo needs to be the priority, and she needs to be reminded that empathy and patience are needed when dealing with ANYONE in the retail industry, especially when working in the pharmacy! I truly hope the DM & Pharmacy Manager address her behavior.

I went here for a Covid testing. Please try to avoid this CVS. I got rude attitude and service from an young lady here today. Try to avoid this place. Walgreens far better in service. I would have given zero if that option was available.

Not only is the pharmacy extremely slow, unresponsive, and irresponsible, but the store itself sells almost or already expired goods, including vitamins and OTC medicines. Aisles rarely seem to be restocked. I had to make an emergency run to pick up some medicines. After returning home, we noticed a whole bottle of vitamin gummies were set to expire in a month and were starting to liquify in the bottle. Gross! Go to the other CVS on Story Rd and be sure to check your items for expiration dates. They need to have more than one overworked employee at a time.

First of all, I rarely ever write reciews but j hope this will save someone else their time...I came into the store to pickup a prescription. I was next in line when the pharmacist told the cashier to answer 3 phone calls instead of helping me. There was no one even waiting behind me. They could have just helped me and went onto the phone calls. I waited over 20 mins to pick up an antibiotic for my daughter, who was sick at home. I even asked if someone could help me real quick due to my daughter being sick and needing to start the medication asap and she told me they were all busy and would get to me as soon as possible. Seriously, some of the worst customer service. Oh, and to top or off, she didn't ask me for my cvs card and while she was ringing me up she scanned her own card that was on her keys. I'll definitely be filling out the surgery on the receipt about this too.
