ALWAYS an amazing experience at this CVS location. I recently moved to the area and had to change CVS pharmacies. Each and every interaction has been a joy. This CVS team should be the gold standard for all pharmacies, across all companies. They are the best!

My pharmacist, Monica, has been the same pharmacist 3 times now. She’s helpful to process my new insurance card each time when I pick up my refills. She was quick to change out my refill even when there are other patients waiting behind me. It’s not a glorified position when you are a pharmacist and still handle admin and customer service work. As a medical professional, I want to emphasize how important her career is when she has to do other things outside of her profession as part of her position. I moved from DC and used the CBS pharmacy there. This one in Irving on MacArthur Drive is far more superior. Thank you.

My family and I have been picking up our prescription medications from this particular CVS location for some time now. Every time I have any questions on my prescriptions or any OTC medications, the pharmacist Selina, without hesitation comes to our aid and guides us in the correct direction. She’s always been very helpful and caring, not only towards us, but towards everyone. Highly recommend sending your prescriptions to this CVS. Have any questions in-person or over the phone ? No problem. Call this location and ask for the pharmacist Selina, very knowledgeable and happy to guide you in the right direction !!!

Two bad experiences in a row and will never fill here again. First, pharmacist tried to convince me that the pediatrician wrote a script for an injectable medication that they don’t carry, that was not what was prescribed. Second time, they had no supply of a pretty common antibiotic, I asked to have it transferred to Kroger, told me they had transferred prescription, Kroger has no record of it and of course now Target CVS is closed. Ridiculous!

Your staff at this CVS target needs some training on customer service. The staff seems very robotic. I had more than 2 instances to provide this feedback. A couple of weeks ago, a prescription was sent and the pharmacy did not have it in supply. Nobody called and said anything about the item not being available. I had to run around and find if other pharmacies around had them in stock.

The rudeness of the employees, at this location is astounding. Just unprofessional, unwilling to assist and confirm details.Refused to even check the confirmation details I had regarding my prescription, or to even request a transfer.

Monica P. is the best pharmacist in the world! She helped me with a difficult insurance issue and got me the medication I critically needed.

Overall good experience, the pharmacist helped me to understand the impact of the flu medicine which was necessary for me. But didn't receive readiness call/text.

This is the second CVS I’ve driven to try and fill my prescription. The first CVS was out of the medicine I needed and sent me to the target location and stated that they were calling in the order transfer. When I arrived at the 2nd location, I asked to confirm that they did have Tamiflu in stock. She stated yes and that it would be about an hour.(for a pre-packed medicine) I am running a high fever so decided to wait in my car rather than wait inside and expose people. I call after an hour to check on the status and she notifies me that the prescription hasn’t come over yet. I am trying to be “understanding”, however I am beyond sick and need this medicine immediately. She should have confirmed that my prescription transfer had come over. She then stated it “wouldn’t be too long”. How long is “too long”. Another hour? I will get my prescriptions filled at walgreens for now on.

Provider sent a prescription at approx. 9:30 am. Got a text that pharmacy special ordered. Waited until 4 pm. Called and automation stated prescription would be in the next day, late afternoon. Spoke live to pharmacy asking if a CVS nearby might have. "Yep, another a mile away from us". Apparently couldn't help me better than that. Cost me 7 hours of a prescription working on my issue and left me picking it up during rush traffic and a ridiculously long line at the other CVS feeling horribly

I checked-in early online at 1630 for the covid vaccine. My appointment was scheduled at 1630.There was another patient sitting in the vaccination area waiting for her vaccine.I overheard the pharmacist offering to give the other patient the HPV vaccine due because it's "free" with her insurance. She kept repeating "it's free" to convince the other patient to get it, but the other patient declined.Later while I waited, the pharmacist then offered me to get the tetanus vaccine because of the same reason. I declined it. Felt like I was at the dentist or a car repair shop. Since when do pharmacists offer vaccinations?I waited quite a while until 1700 or a bit later to get vaccinated. What was the point of a checking-in early and having an appointment time? I read a review that a patient was denied the vaccine because he/she/they was 5 minutes late to the appointment!Pharmacist did not introduce herself. (Later found out via my email that her name is Van Chung.) She asked from a very far distance why was there. Why is it that I have yet to encounter a friendly customer service-oriented pharmacist?!Anyway, she said she would wipe the rubber top of the covid vaccine vial. But I don't know if she did because her back was facing me as she prepped her supplies and drew up the vaccine. She didn't use hand sanitizer after giving the lady before me the vaccine and she didn't use it either before giving me the vaccine! Yet, signs all over CVS state "We care about your health and safety".
