One cashier and over 20 people waiting to checked out, unacceptable, specially when the manager walks off leaving the cashier by herself.
The cashier is making it known out loud she's not happy, but it's understandable.
Shame on the manager.

Here at DD's Discount on Beltline in Irving. They have some nice things here, but only a cashier for customer service RETURNS and ONE person to check out all these people waiting on a weekend. The line is wrapped outside the area to go in to be checked out

I thought I was going to have a nice visit to this place! but I was really quite disappointed when I had a concern and wanted more information when I asked the staff A LADY WITH HER BLONDE HAIR (she speaks Spanish) spoke to me in a very horrible way, and responded in a bad way, I felt humiliated , and I felt rejected for the always fact that I don't know how to speak English!! VERY BAD I WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE

I've never been to DD's discount but definitely heard a lot about them from other people, and now I see why. I was blown away by their selection!! It's like a Ross/ Burlington but with cheaper prices, I would say if you're planning to go to one of those stores, try DD's. They have beauty products, home items, snacks. I'll definitely be back...I'm thinking about doing my whole home over lol.
