I door dashed my food from here and they were well-packed. Food was still pretty warm and it came with proper utensils, tissues, straws, etc. It was my first time trying their food and it was amazing. I would surely come to the restaurant next time with my friends.

I came here for take out and they had my order up really fast. My pick up time was 30 minutes but they were already ready within 10-15 minutes. Staff were really welcoming and would come here again!

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now but I have never got the opportunity to actually place a review but today changes it all. I come in for my usual order and the staff were so caring when it came to be being a couple dollars short on my bill. I was embarrassed but they made me feel at home and took care of me. I am always so happy to eat at my favorite restaurant with the fast service & and delicious and I do absolutely recommend everyone to come and visit for the atmosphere, environment, and the TASTY food!!

Excellent food. We dined in and the staff was really friendly along with their fast service. Place gives off a really great vibe and would recommend it to anyone to go try it.Parking: Lot of space for parking on the lot.Kid-friendliness: I brought my kids in for dine in and they loved the kids menu.

We haven’t come here in 2 years due to a previously negative experience with the service. But we finally came back to find that the store is under new ownership and it made ALL the difference. The service is absolutely amazing and we’d come back just for the atmosphere of the space. The food was very good, brisket had great flavor and they did not skimp on the meat at all. Will definitely come back again soon!

LOOK THE FOOD WAS GOOD THE SERVICE WAS GRATE AND I WENT BACK FOR A 2ND PLATE ALL THESE PICKY WHITE FOKS COMPLAINING TO MUCH LIKE THEY SUM JR CHIEF RAMSEYS JUST EAT THE DAMM FOOD AND THE PLACE IS UNDER KNEW MANAGEMENT WHO SURE KNOW HOW TO MAKE A GOOD BRISKET SANDWICH + THAT MAC N CHEESE BOY LEMME TELL YOU SOMETHING I AINT EVER HAD A MAC N CHEESE THAT GOOD ?

Just wanted to say Thank You to the Dickey's ladies and crew that work at this location. You saved my holiday :)We ordered for Thanksgiving for 4-6 people:3 lbs of super tender lightly-smokey pulled pork which turned out to be a full tray! They even chopped in some burnt ends. Yum.2 lbs of smoked chicken breast that got all kinds of love from the family. We have competition BBQers in our family and it impressed. I think it needs more smoke flavor though. It was juicy and tender to boot.1 lb of jalapeno/cheddar sausage, which was deeelicious. Goes great with pulled pork.2 pints of sweet and original sauce1/2 pint of spicy sauceIt was all amazing and more food than I imagined. I had to give up my grill to move into my apartment, but Dickey's has kept us through. We made our own sides here at home and some family brought some casserole and pie. Tastiest Thanksgiving we've had in years. Texas Style. Best tender BBQ in Irving close to us.Went to Spring Creek a month ago and it sucked (shamefully lol). Dickey's you are the better BBQ here on 183 & Beltline. Thanks for an amazing order of meats, it saved my Thanksgiving.Ummm, and please bring back the soft serve Ice Cream Machine lol

Went about an hour before closing and got the driest brisket I've had in my life. Also spent the entire next day sick. Not in line with what I've had from other Dickey's
