employees close the store down at 9:40, refuse to let people in. fix schedule or fix employees.

I had a wonderful experience coming to this Dollar General tonight. One of your employees (his name is Eric) was the most helpful, patient, friendly and professional employees that I've ever encountered at a Dollar General. From the minute I walked in I needed help finding certain items and Eric didn't hesitate to help me find what I was looking for. Some of the items he wasn't sure if y'all carried but he didn't stop helping me look until we found them. Ive been under the weather lately and kind of out of it and he really went the extra mile to help me. I got to the store with maybe 10-15 min to shop. I was looking for something to feed my family for dinner.snd Eric let me know politely that I had 5 minutes left to shop. He rang me up and could.trll I wasn't feeling well. He helpede out with my things Also I left my notepad in the store and he came back out to find me and give it to me.
I didn't ask how long he'd been working at Dollar General but this kid deserves a raise. He represented this Dollar general so well that any manager would've been proud of him. Integrity is something this guy has. I would love to see that Eric gets recognized for his work ethic and doing good when no one is watching.

I went to Dollar general January 24th of 2024 to pick up some laundry soap went back to let him know that this laundry soap wasn't in the bag he told me to get out of his store and for me not to come back I asked to speak to the manager and what was his name and he just told me to get out wow

Holy chaos, Batman! I recently started visiting the Dollar General's in my area to see what all the hype is about. I see YouTubers stacking coupons and saving money!I came on a Friday afternoon so that may explain the chaos but the store was absolutely chaotic. Shelves were empty. Aisles were blocked with containers or boxes. There was a shelf that was leaning over which seems like a hazard. I didn't stay long.

Just so nobody thinks it’s an exaggeration. I have bought 2 drinks up there and they were expired and now, I bought a loaf of bread a day ago and it’s been in my freezer since I bought it. Ate a slice and pulled the next one out and this is what it looks like. I know they don’t switch product out like they should and this is the ending result. Being an health hazard for your customers. Mold? Disgusting.
