  I cannot believe I heard what I just heard, I believe it was the manager lady, big thighs curly black wig, already has bad reviews about how rude she is ...I heard her screaming at a MUCH elderly lady in the next aisle, the lady kindly asked her where something was, she had an attitude from the beginning and started SCREAMING AT HER, saying we'll see you didn't even go look first!!!! Like so rude, I will definitely get her name next time but she seriously needs to be terminated...not to mention my 4 year old was scared and gripping me tightly because of the elevation in her voice..smh 😫

  Very long wait to check out. Only 1 person, who was new, was left to check customers while 2 went on break and she had an issue. That should never happen

  This place is beat with merchandise strewn all over the store and empty racks and overworked employees. I asked to be directed to something and they just said if it's not there they don't have it. I ended up finding it on my own but with only two employees in the store I didn't expect them to be able to give me much of their attention.

  How do you sell broom brushes without the pole, and when I asked about the poles I got attitude from a worker talking on her phone as if I asked a dumb question. SMH! The store is a freaking mess with half empty shelves it's really unprofessional and ridiculous how the staff act and that was only an interaction of 4 minutes. It's closest to my house but I will just stick to my usual dollar 🌳

  I came to this Dollar Tree on my way to work. They are suppose to open at 8:00 AM. I called the phone number and “Kay” answered the phone. I asked her what time do they open and she stated 8:00 AM. I informed her that there were several people outside waiting to get in. Her response was, “We’ll get to it“. How can you “get to it“ if y’all are supposed to already be open. This was very “unprofessional and rude“ and upper management needs to be aware that this is how they are handling business. I am now running late for work because there was no sense of urgency for them to open the store. Then a man came to the door at 8:10 AM and see it, “they are trying to get the drawers together“. That should have been done at 7:00 AM this morning. That’s why you come to work an “hour early” to ensure that all opening procedures are done before the store opens. I will never be back to the store again.

  Not too bad here. Only one person at the register and a few people in line. The store was a little messy but other than that it was Ok for just a quick stop.

  I went with my mother and niece to this dollar tree location and my 4 year old niece always grabs a basket from the front because thats how we do our shopping. She grabs a basket cause she wants to grab coloring books ect.in her own basket. So some women store manager out of no where from her office walked out her office and yelled at my 4 yr old niece panicking up my niece my mother was really mad and upset but didn’t say anything to her.Because she’s not a problematic person she just grabbed my nieces hand and told me let’s get out of here!.. so When I walked to that manager and asked her what was going on she repeatedly said she can’t be getting the things blah blah blah her eyes was wide open big mad person with an off-all attitude not the way you treat people we really felt discriminated, upset disappointed she was really disrespectful towards us customers. I don’t know her name but she has big thighs and she’s not young she looks really bossy promise next time I’m gonna take her name. I didn’t make the complaint to corporate hopefully I don’t have to
