Drove car home from Don Haring in Normal setting. Distance 3.8 miles.Battery charge started at 11percent ended at 18 percent. Since then have been watching YouTube on how to setup driving modes an setup Radio an maps. Connected Android phone to car very easy. Back to study. Definitely not your old model T with hand crank to start engine. I need a 15year old to help with all the possible settings or as Mitsubishi says leave it in Normal and enjoy.

It is very unpleasant to have an entire conversation with someone on the phone, exchange text messages and receive a false offer, just to trick the customer into going to the dealership. I went to the dealership and met a con, the guy I negotiated with over the phone disappearedand directed me to someone else to deceive me with other values. This dealership has no respect for its customers whatsoever.Deceptive sales practice.I regret having had contact with Zack via phone and text, and also with Justin in person. Both have no idea what it means to treat a customer well.

I had a tire leak and I don’t trust many tire shops so I just went to where I bought my car. Turned out I had a nail in the tire and they thought at first the whole tire would have to be replaced but they were able to patch it saving me hundreds of dollars. Shout out to Kevin! You’re the best!

I had an amazing experience when I purchased a car for my son in 2019 and continued to have that feeling until 8/15/2023. I sent my son to the Irving location for schedule maintenance I had previously requested and approved as I had done always. I saw some recommended maintenance that I declined as I want to be the person to handle that this upcoming weekend I didn’t want my son to drive his car with the oil changed and tire rotation due plus he had a concern with his tire. Please keep in mind I have been told per the policy they have to call me the owner for any additional work or repairs. This has taken place even when my Husband took the cars however on this day Kevin R. verbally advise my son what the recommendation was needed after I had put in writing on the website to deny at this time. My son verbally advised he only want to oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair again after he spoke with me. Kevin proceed to complete the work and have my son sign off on it he states but can’t seem to provide the documents after 3 phone calls, an in-person visit, and two emails.I will first admit my son learned a valuable lesson if he indeed signs off to never sign something you have not read for yourself.Kevin, first advise that he was the person there and he sign so I will give you a $75.00 discount. No apologies, next he tells me well the car will not be safe if he didn’t do the work. The car is 4 years old with less than 35,000 miles on it. Next, he tells me my son should have called his mommy if he didn’t know what to do. My son did and I gave him the okay for the tire repair, no apologies. As he continues to disrespect me on speaker with my son. It wasn’t until I advise I will handle this myself in person and not on speaker for my son to make payment and come home. Again still no apology for how it was all handled just blame and in my opinion disrespect.I later called to advise his views on how I was treated and how the event took place and requested his supervisor's name to advise the bill of $500 for a transmission flush and alignment, in my opinion, is way overpriced. Lost him a customer. The service was rendered, mistake and miscommunication happen but the level of disrespect and lack of care is unacceptable especially when I gave plenty of opportunities to correct the action. Once I advised I had planned on buying a second car soon for my son the senior in College as a gift is when his tuned changed. I’m still in complete disbelief at how this was handled and I was spoken to. If it was handled correctly I would have most likely had the service completed but the choice to do it myself and not have my 21-year son whose learning was taken away even though I had already declined the services.At this moment I will not continue my relationship with them and will be seeking a new location to purchase a second car for my son and continue maintenance on his existing car.

Went for a company recall on my Mitsubishi Outlander. It was pretty quick, staff was very cooperative and humble. Felt good.I had a feedback on the services, The Service manager was quick and courteous enough to give me a call and explain the recommendations and other services.. That was really a nice gesture and I appreciate that.

The service team at the location is the best especially Spencer. Thanks for everything you did. I don’t live in the area but had to have repairs done at this location. Spencer made it easy and kept me updated on everything that was happening. Even though it was an unfortunate situation he made it seamless and that gave me a little peace knowing the situation was being handled. If you have to pick a place for service work. Please choose this location.

From the moment we arrived til the time we left David our sales man and the finance team made us feel welcomed and worked with us to make the deal happen. We knew our goal and where we wanted to be with our payments and David made it happen and we drove off the lot with the exact vehicle we wanted 2023 Outlander with the loaded package. Jason was absolutely amazing today! My experiences with other Mitsubishi dealers in the area have not been so well. Due to this, I was not hopeful for the visit today! However, Jason was so patient and explained everything to me in great detail. This service was worth the 40 minute drive and I won’t be going to any other service center!!

Excellent service from start to finish. I told my girl friend that it felt like we were in a commercial, because it was truly, an amazing experience. Customer service is A - 1, very good knowledge of vehicles and resolutions for the problem. My vehicle is running great again, thanks to Don Herring Mitsubishi of Irving, TX. Thanks again ??
