I Do Not Recommend her at all...
I am very very disappointed of having appointment with Dr. Potla
First of all, she speaks very very low and fast and you wouldn't hear her well.
Second of all, Her accent is very strong and you have to have a translator with yourself.
If you have a serious problem with your health she just ask some questions which doesn’t relate to your illness, and the is very short. She doesn't check well or even taking some tests if you really need it or request!!!!
I wouldn't recommend her to any one and if I had a choice I would give her 0
star. By the way her visit is $120
Who gave her physician license????

Horrible experience. She chooses her patients. I went there with my daughter. Wasted my time . Husband and wife claim them to be doctors. They have limitations and have a menu card for patients who should visit them.
They are fake doctors!!!
They are not looking for patients. Went there for my daughter.,Gave her no food so that she could have her blood test. Both husband and wife said NO. We were not sick . Scary 😱

The worst doctor in the world she don’t know how to treat with patients she will talk all rubbish nonsense but never ever tell you about health condition my husband went near her for body pains and cough she simple said it’s Covid positive when I went she asked do you thyroid I said yes she simple told me reduce weight it will be cure and she will say to listen devotional songs sit down and eat all this type of stupid stuff and the staff also very careless they don’t even touch the patients as if we got some diseases all those positive reviews are giving by her family and friends MY BEST SUGGESTION NOT NOT TO GET TREATMENT FROM HER American doctors are the best compare to this people

Doctor is no good. By seeing my lean personality because of diabetes and thyroid issue, she does not like me. She insists people to mark the rating as 5, it happened to one of my friend as he said it to me. Be careful guys

I am really thankful that I found Dr. Potla. She was very good to listen to all my problems. Also helped to reduce my bad anxiety. I am gonna miss her as I am moving out of the town.

Today was my second visit.I have recently moved to the city of Irving of Texas. One of my good friend recommended Dr Jayaprada Potla. In my earlier visit she had carefully checked my all reports and prescribed medication and also advised me proper diet plan and lifestyle. After following instructions I am better now. After 3 months I have visited today. She had done through study of my reports and provided her suggestions. She listens to your problems and talks in very convincing and caring manner. Now a days this kind of professionalism and caring persons are very rare.I am very happy with family doctor.Regarding the stuffs:I am amazed by the stuffs of this clinic. They are very well behaved. I was running late due to my daughter's pediatrician visit. The stuff politely heard my problem, asked how my daughter is doing. That was very soothing in these busy days.During my first visit, when my wife was visiting doctor the nurse played with my little daughter. I was very happy and grateful yo see that.

Dr Potla is wonderful ! She made me feel so comfortable, she listened to my concerns. She is thorough, caring, friendly and shows so much compassion.I took her first option and I’m beyond happy with the results. The staff is also very friendly.The overall experience was amazing.She was highly recommended and I certainly recommend her to anyone as PCP.
