I am visiting Dr. Jayapradha potla from two years. She can diagnoses quickly suggest and prescribe what we have to take care based on diagnosed health conditions. She is good.

I am really thankful that I found Dr. Potla. She was very good to listen to all my problems. Also helped to reduce my bad anxiety. I am gonna miss her as I am moving out of the town.

Today was my second visit.I have recently moved to the city of Irving of Texas. One of my good friend recommended Dr Jayaprada Potla. In my earlier visit she had carefully checked my all reports and prescribed medication and also advised me proper diet plan and lifestyle. After following instructions I am better now. After 3 months I have visited today. She had done through study of my reports and provided her suggestions. She listens to your problems and talks in very convincing and caring manner. Now a days this kind of professionalism and caring persons are very rare.I am very happy with family doctor.Regarding the stuffs:I am amazed by the stuffs of this clinic. They are very well behaved. I was running late due to my daughter's pediatrician visit. The stuff politely heard my problem, asked how my daughter is doing. That was very soothing in these busy days.During my first visit, when my wife was visiting doctor the nurse played with my little daughter. I was very happy and grateful yo see that.

Dr Potla is wonderful ! She made me feel so comfortable, she listened to my concerns. She is thorough, caring, friendly and shows so much compassion.I took her first option and I’m beyond happy with the results. The staff is also very friendly.The overall experience was amazing.She was highly recommended and I certainly recommend her to anyone as PCP.

I have had a very good experience with Dr. Potla. We have been visiting her since 2019. She is a knowledgeable doctor. She explains the problems so easily and in depth. She also provides good suggestions regarding your health.

Even one star is too much for them. Very unprofessional and carless place. Never follow up with the clients also when you call and ask for the nurse or doctor the front desk says no one is available. Not worth the money and time. Don't recommend this place to no one.

I had an annual appointment with Dr. potla and I had to go out of town. The desk girl called me and asked I missed my appointment, I told her that I had to come out of town and she was so rude with me. She said then why did I pick her call and I was telling her that it am sorry I missed an appointment. She said Thank you in such a rude tone and hang up on me.

She is a great doctor. With her guidance I am able to bring my A1C from 7.9 to 5.6 with minimum medications.

Too rude staff. Won’t even listen to concern completely and cut off in between and talked over me. No caring. Dr maybe good but staff need to learn how to talk.

From past two years Dr Potla has been our family doctor. She listens to all our concerns with patience and explains everything in detail. Also, she encourages us to follow a healthy balanced nutrition plan. Happy to have such a great physician!
