Don’t know who they paid off for there reviews but they poked holes in my cv axle boot and left my camber bolts loose so I did lose control on the highway and paid 145 for the worst work I’ve ever had. Will never go back, they gave 50% to my alignment and 50% to the customer service. Ended up going to an alignment shop in my home town and they had to replace my camber arm due to the nut moving and destroying the threads due to being loose. paid $75 for a much better alignment and never had issues. They deleted my post from a year ago so hopefully they don’t take this one down. Unacceptable work.

Amazing customer service, great technicians, at an affordable price! Robert helped me every step of the way. I know absolutely nothing about cars, he was very patient and broke everything down to me step by step so I knew exactly what was going on from start to finish. He has amazing hospitality, answered any question I had directly and made sure I understood very clearly, and because of him I will continue working with you all in the future. I took a star off only because I spent 7 hours during my visit, time is precious. Overall keep up the good work gentlemen and thank you all again!

Please avoid at all cost.
Went here to fix my rear window. They broke the door handle and charged me 300+ for just inspecting. I got quoted half the price within a mile from here. Decided to take my business elsewhere

Please don't give a generic response which you don't mean. You basically damaged my car and also took money for that. If you are really sincere about customers you will return my money and fix the damage done by your technician, which I earned honestly not with dubious practices.

Made recommendations when I brought a car for inspection that my car didn’t need. Clearly didn’t do the work to check the necessity of them just assumed and listed as needed to be fixed without justification. This is problematic for the normal customer who’s uniformed of car repair unlike myself. Recommended brake flush, coolant flush, air filter, which were all done in the past year/ air filter is K&N lifetime (never needs changing).
When asking about brake fluid testing these said they looked at it and recommended based on color, which testing is supposed to the conducted by checking water level in fluid. 3-4% water indicates it’s time to flush the fluid. They didn’t test this, but said based on the appearance it needs to be changed.
So beware of their recommendations, no real testing or checking done to justify their recommendations.

All of the folks I worked with in the Irving location were very friendly and helpful. They even matched the part price with O'Reilly's. They replaced my radiator, and since then the car has been running fine. I am thankful to them for fixing this right, and not breaking down in this heat we have been having.

TL;DR: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE
I came here for a state inspection as I had been trying for a few days and was having no luck at the places I tried. They informed me that my front passenger signal was out and they could replace it so I could pass the inspection. Silly me, I gave the go ahead. The light did not work after they replaced it but I did not notice until I was home. I called and the person on the phone told me to bring it back. I had to get some other work done on my car so I brought it back after receiving my car from the other place. When I brought it back to Driver’s edge, they informed me that “the wire was loose” which to me seems like they did something wrong but are covering it up. Upon inspecting my car, I noticed that my new bumper was damaged. The manager tried to tell me that you can’t get services on new paint, but the paint has nothing to do with the actual structure of my bumper. The bumper is not fully in place on the passenger side as the worker damaged it when replacing it after fixing the signal bulb. The manager took pictures and reported it to upper management. They decided less than 48 hours later that their was no negligence, when clearly there is. They offered me what I paid for in labor as a credit, but why would I bring my car to be further damaged and responsibility is not taking. I usually always go to the dealership. This was a lesson learned. Save your money.
Also, EVERY person that was getting a state inspection while I waited needed at least one or more services for it to pass. It is giving SCAMMY. Beware.

I had an issue with my undercarriage shield falling off, and the team at Drivers Edge went above and beyond to help me out. They popped it back in place quickly and without hesitation, showing their commitment to excellent service. Special thanks to Teddy for his outstanding work. At first it was only to check my inspection. I didn’t pass the first time due to not having new wipers so I placed new one on myself and went back. Just to see if the wipers were on would be a 2 hour wait. I left and came back with a friend at 12:30pm it was ready at 5pm???? Crazy wait time. I also got my brake fluid changed but still!

The staff were very nice and attentive. The waiting room was a comfortable temperature, and free wifi is always appreciated when there's a wait involved. These guys are good.
