Worst internet provided in the history!!! Call center they are scammers!!! They give you very very low speeds and charge you for high speed!! And when trying to cancel it, they lie!! We cancel it and then got charge it next month!! We even needed to cancel our credit card to avoid future charges… that’s so crazy!! Please never get services from this ISP, NEVER!!!

I got service with this company 03/20/23 for installation 65.00 never was I told anything about being billed the next day when I inquired about services next thing I know I wake up on 03/24/23 and they cut my service off for none payment of bill when I just got the services. This is crazy no company ever have I had has operated like this and once I even got a chance to speak to a manager everyone sounded like they was British talking to me all proper and not even trying to understand what I'm saying. 2 hours later we finally get someone with some common sense that making it make sense because how am I going to get billed for something I haven't even had yet nor was told this is how they operate. All I'm saying is if you don't want to go what I'm going through just DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY HORRIBLE.

Earthlink is not a real ISP, they re-sell AT&T internet services. As a re-seller, they are doing a terrible job of maintaining AT&T's SLAs. I am the service desk manager for a similar company and I would never allow the kind of run around with our customers that EarthLink has. My internet has been out for 4 days now, with a tech scheduled to arrive this morning and they never did. When calling into support for a status update, I waited on hold for over 15minutes. As a hybrid worker, my home internet is paramount and I cannot accept these kind of delays. I have never had an issue with AT&T directly when under their service, but through earthlink it seems exponentially worse. The internet is great when it works but resolving any issues is a huge pain, especially for someone like myself whom could solve this issue if provided the AT&T account info. Would not recommend, seek other providers if available.

DO NOT GET EARTHLINKGet Frontier.Earthlink uses the same frontier equipment (eero), they charge for the installation $39.99.And they charge $64 for 300 mbps while st Frontier they charge 49.99 for 500Mbps. They stole my money and there is nothing I can do about it. ?

They raised rates without letting me know ahead of time. They have terrible customer service. And there internet service is substandard. I would avoid this company and would not ever consider returning or recommending them.

I initially wanted to sign up with Frontier but since it wasn't serviced in my area, Earthlink stated they would provide me the same service speed of 100mpbs for 39.99. only to find out later that it was only 45mbps and they were charging me $78. I called as soon as I was aware since they did not let me know about the charge right after installation only to have consistent intermittent issues with my internet, which is an issue because I work from home. After consistent back and forth about my rate and speed they provided me a credit. Still having issues with the service and went ahead and cancelled not even two weeks of service. Multiple representatives told me that I would receive a refund of 64.49 within three days only to find out today now, I'm not getting a refund. I was hung up on after requesting to speak to a supervisor and still, no refund. This company is a scam! do not get your service with them!

They are a scam. Do not use this company for any reason. Horrible service, hidden fees, and bad customer service. I wasted Over $170 and a week of my time trying to get this service to work for my home. Please do not waste your time.

We have had no internet for a few weeks due to a faulty modem. I have spent hours on the phone with the company trying to schedule for a technician to come fix the issue. They keep rescheduling it, and each time I get a different representative apologizing but saying that they can’t do anything about the rescheduling issue. Absolutely terrible. I would go with any other provider at this point.

Horrible internet service!!! We tried canceling and, they said they'd have to mail us a return shipping lable. We still haven't gotten the return mail label. We kept getting people from India that, had no idea what they were doing. It was hard talking to people while hearing loud background noises. DO NOT get this company.

Terrible internet service got the best possible internet you could from the place only offers a limited amount of internet also if you like crappy service and don't really plan on using your internet who knows could work out for you but we use internet a decent amount and was gone in two weeks we only have 3 people in the home and would say about average internet users connection is very bad as well. IN CONCLUSION DON'T USE EARTHLINK.If possible spectrum is a much better option in which we have switched to and has been nothing but good to us.

The fastest they have is 25 mg. They contract it out to AT&T, which has 50 mg in my area, for less money. Doesn't sound like US based, as is hard to understand phone personnel. They added a security suite after i told them i didn't want it
