We could not have asked for a better experience at this hotel. The breakfast staff including the young lady who was bringing our freshly made omelets made our experience exceptional. Thank you especially to Xina, Axel, Jose, and Jimmy for the wonderful service!

Love that the elevators only operate with room keys, the extra level of security and amount of families that were present offered alot of comfort for a single traveler.

Wonderful staff and great rooms. The breakfast is great as well as the bar. They have a happy hr with free beer and wine, which is great. The only slightly not great thing is that there is no place to walk to around the hotel.

Exceptional value at this location. Breakfast made fresh is simply amazing. While I don’t eat eggs, everyone who did enjoyed the made to order options. This will be my new spot. The pool could be cleaned better though. 3/5 for pool.

Not a fan of management here. First day upon check in, we had been given a hard time. One of the nights of our stay we wanted to enjoy the pool. The front desk woman came out and Rudely kicked us out of the pool. We are adults and very mellow at that. No reason to be rude. And after she kicked us out she was banging stuff around inside. Like obviously she was going through something and we shouldn’t have been yelled at for not getting out of the water at exactly 10:00 as we don’t have our electronics to tell us what time it was. We went away to go have a smoke as there were a bunch of old men smoking cigars in the non smoking area. She don’t say a word to them but yelled at us to get out of the water?
Also when we asked for extra pillows it was a whole fiasco.
Our WiFi didn’t work even though it said 5 stars and when you’re up on the 7th floor there’s no phone service!
When i tried calling the front desk the phone in the room wouldn’t dial out!
I’m kind of disappointed. I’m not happy with the horrible customer service we had. We have come every head since it opened and now we might find a new hotel. We felt very unwelcome. I may have been
Here for a horror event however I am a teacher. I felt very judged and profiled instead of treated kindly.

This is an excellent hotel with a gem of a price. Clean, comfortable, and very nice staff. The bar and pool are excellent. I must mention that the included breakfast with fresh omelets made to order was delightful. I will be there again.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Everything is new. Windows and TV are huge. I came for vacations but if you come to work it can be highly practical. They have an included breakfast where eggs are made at your preference. AC control was really fabulous. There is a DART train station two blocks away that take you to DFW airport and Dallas downtown. There are some construction details, like shower doors that let water out. And you won't find cokes at their store and no vending machines.Walkability: The neighborhood is nice to walk or run on the sidewalks.

Had to stay here overnight after my connecting flight was canceled. I was very surprised with this place. Breakfast was really good, the rooms are spacious and very quiet.

Element is an amazing property. Hybrid between an apartment studio suite and hotel. Outstanding breakfast and service. Rooms is great with near Westin bed , kitchen, study desk, sofa and modern shower

Wonderful stay with quiet studio room with full kitchen if needed, superb breakfast and amazing staff! Second stay and it was just better than the first because I wasn’t next to the gym this time ??♀️… don’t stay on second floor unless you want to hear weights drop. FYI!!Delicious made to order breakfast! Great friendly staff!Rooms: Studio with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. So fits a family very nicely.Full kitchen if you want to cook anything.Filtered water in room and coffee or tea as well.Safety: Card required to use elevator. Extra safety feature. So don’t forget it!Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast!Evening wine and beer… for those who want that.Water with fruit available all day.Many choices of breads and other sides as well.

Very peaceful location. The room was missing a bathtub, but the white goose down blankets and pillows made up for it. It was like sleeping on a cloud.Rooms: Basic Double Queen with Shower and no bathtubNearby activities: You'll need a vehicle to drive to entertainment
