My review is for the location at Red Oak tx everyone needs to stay away when I went to pick up my rental car upon doing the walk around I told Freddie the manager did he note this damage his response to me was I told you it has minor damages car had Two front missing hud caps cracked windshield dents dent on roof scratches rear panel still rented me out the car when I took car back nothing was said couple days I get a email stating I am responsible for the dent on the roof I called Freddie and told him what the employee that checked in the car was falsey saying he responded with I wish I was the one that checked in the car I did tell you that car had minor damages I called the damage unit Cruz to tell him about it no help don’t return calls or emails enterprise does false insurance claim on honest customer renting vehicle from them takes advantage of them to do insurance fraud to do repairs on vehicles that the manager or employee over look I won’t ever rent a car and never recommend anyone at any location of enterprise car rental they is plenty of other companies Hertiz rental with many more do your Goggle search avoid Enterprise at all cost also if I can give a negative-5 star review

Ok I don’t post a lot or rate a lot at all but your company’s customer service SUCKS. You treat insurance claims like secondary citizens when you don’t want to deal with them. I am sorry how do you have nothing available for over 2 weeks. Sometimes 3 weeks as I call store to store looking for a reservation why does a customer have to call sit on hold for 20min each time to hear the same thing we can get you into something g 5 days from now. Well I have no car now and have an autistic 3 year old son who has appointments to get to. I have work to get to as well not to mention my original message from the first store was wait a couple days and call back. I lost almost 3 days already now saying another week or 2 just unacceptable I really hope USAA leaves your company.

Had an issue with one of the locations and called corporate. That went nowhere. Huge lack of people skills, listening skills and empathy for their patrons. Never again.

My complaint is with the Cedar Hill location. On August 27,2023 I reserved a car for 4:30 and to be picked up at Caliber Collision in Duncanville. Unfortunately the goggle direction took me in the wrong direction so I was late. The receptionist notified enterprise that I was ready and I waited for about 30 minutes and never received a call however a few minutes later my tech told me that they were closing and come back tomorrow!! Needless to say I was angry and disappointed by their poor customer service and lack of professionalism!!!. Corporate need to make unannounced visits and send a survey to every customer because this is ridiculous!! Because of their decision to delay the delivery of my rental, I now have to delay going out of town!!! Annual leadership & customer service training is definitely needed! ????????

The individual offices are fine, but their corporate office is hell to deal with. Enterprise overcharged me for a rental through a body shop, and when I contacted the corporate office, they kept hanging up on me and declining my calls instead of helping me. Thankfully the body shop was more helpful, but it still took 6 months for Enterprise to correct their billing and finally return my money.

If I could rate without giving any stars at all I definitely would. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had doing any type of business. I set up a reservation last week to be picked up at the body shop today at 10am. At 10:15 I made a call to the enterprise location and was told there was a driver on their way within 10-15 min. At 11.30 I had to call my son to pick me up and take me to the enterprise location because no one ever showed to pick me up. Once arriving I was then told the only vehicle available would not be ready until 1pm. I stated I couldn’t wait until then because my elderly grandmother had a appt at that time and was told their was no other choice. I Called around and found a ride to get my grandma to the dr and me back enterprise to find out they took it upon themselves cancel my reservation. Now I’m stuck with no rental and my poor grandma is stuck at drs office, and I have no way to get back and forth to work (40 miles away) until my car is finished at the body shop all because someone took it upon themselves to cancel a reservation because someone got upset that they did not do their job. This company has a total disregard for people and their livelihoods..

Let's just say the branch in Mabank Texas is horrible failing to keep reservations and jacking up price. I don't say this over one bad experience, we are talking 3 different times in a row and it's cost me money every time.

I will no longer rent from Enterprise apparently they cannot verify my information in their system I've been dealing with Enterprise for years so I will no longer be doing business with them good luck
