If I could give a negative start I would. This is how you treat a loyal renter & Emerald Reward member. You also deactivated my account online so I can’t log in and see anything. I have tried to rest the password and all.Enterprise this has been the worst car rental experince from Irving TXI spent 1 hour on the phone with a reservation rep. She confirmed everything updated everything. I got a call from the local office they would pick me up ar the schedule timeThe day I am supposed to get the rental no one showed up.Get to the local office they say the reservation was a walk-in.The first car had an issue with the engine. Get a different car you tell me its a $300 deposit (which I had authorized with my credit card company already ) you tell me the card declined come to find out it declined because you tried to run it for 3 times what you saidYou took a credit card from my dad (because we already 2 hours into this and 3 hours late for our trip) you tell me everything is good! I do the walk around with the rep (the car has obvious body damage). The rep hands me the keys direct me how to drive out of the local officeThe next day my dad has gotten 5 phone calls from you all (because you said I am required to put a second number on file) Not once did you all call meYou tell my dad that I need to go into a Enterprise near me (closet one is an hour away because I am on my trip now which is why i needed the car) and update the paymentYou tell my dad they moved the rental from my name to his name and that he is the only one supposed to be driving the car you tell me they dont have a copy of my DL even though they copied it at the office.And that the deposit cant be $300 because the rental cost is $300 so the deposit has to be $850. You tell me I cant pay over the phone I cant pay the rental fee with my debit card and the deposit with my credit card it all has to be one cardYou also accused me of stealing the car from my dad and told me if we dont update the payment today you will start the reposestion process or I need turn the car in right away. I told you I am out of town in a rural area with my minor child. Your suggestion was for me to leave my minor child at the event we came out of town for and drive an hour away to a local enterprise to fix you alls errors. When I told you that is not an option you told me “we are refusing to pay”When I asked Alexus the regional manager who she reports to and could i talk to them she told me to call the customer service numberYou want me to pay for the rental fee upfront the paper work i signed said $300 deposit I was told by Terence a rep of the store and RJ the assistant manager I pay the deposit on my credit card and can pay the rental fee when I return the car using what ever method I wanted to.

Got my rental because of my truck repairs under warranty. Amazing service and got me into a great car! I hope to get my next rental through here. All staff was amazing despite being super super busy. Always attentive and caring

Enterprise takes the 5 stars for: professionalism, staff goes beyond expectations. What they estimate always seems to be the final fair price; no hidden fees. I've been leasing cars from Enterprise for two solid years. I have no reason to seek other rentals.

As usual, the best and friendliest service! Love, love, love Enterprise . The employees are professional and at Irving at MacArthur they are so personable. Enjoy every minute I’m in there. They take care of everything!

Worst customer service..Took a rental and had problem with windshield fluid and notified them while returning the car but when we called back to check on the status, I was told it’s their first time hearing it and it’s too late now .. I called the customer service and they told me they will escalate this case and the local will content but I never got any response and it’s already more than a month this happened and they escalate 3 times but never got any reply..Might stop using enterprise especially from this location..

The associates are nice but the service is not the best. This RAC is very disorganized, not very tidy but more importantly I scheduled a pick up for 4 clock ( even came early a few mins ) didn’t get my car for an hour. Pretty disappointed because they are usually pretty quick.

You know why! Scammers! I strongly advise anyone who has an issue, problem or concern to write a Google review, Yelp review and to also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The more exposure the better across all platforms. Customers do see these reviews and make informed decisions based on relevancy to the service they need and recency. I hope this review reaches the masses. I don’t write many reviews ever, but when I do, it’s either because I received exceptional service or had a very poor experience. I am writing this review in respects to the latter, extremely poor, dishonest and unethical service on this particular enterprise’s part. I was charged for a rental I was upgraded into because enterprise did not get the payment they were expecting from my insurance company. This has nothing to do with me and now I am being held responsible for a dispute between enterprise and my insurance company. After further research, I have discovered that this enterprise is not accredited with the better business bureau and has an F rating. Over the last 12 months, this enterprise has rallied up 1,369 complaints. Over the past 3 years, they have gotten 3,171 complaints. And this is only what is being reported. I can only imagine the amount of dissatisfied customers who did not have the knowledge or resources to report this company. I stand for all of the individuals who voices have not been heard. I will not allow this company to participate in such acts without my voice being heard. I have spoken with the manager and other employees at this establishment over the past few weeks and have not have any resolve. This ends.

Had issues with this enterprise regarding billing. It was corrected. Upgrading from one star to two for handling my concern after several failed attempts. Still do not recommend, but appreciate that they have responded to my request in a timely manner.

I’ve rented from Enterprise a couple times before throughout the year, and I can honestly say, I have not been dissatisfied nor disappointed with their customer service. A couple weeks ago, I rented a vehicle and was very satisfied with the service. However, the customer service from one of the employees was above and beyond! I hate that I don’t remember his name, but he was a young Latino male. Very polite and attentive.Bonus: I accidentally left my coffee mug in the Enterprise sprinter that brought me home, and they not only found my mug but made sure I got it back with no worries!Thank you Enterprise! :)

I only stopped in this location because I had just bought a car up the road and I wanted to add my son to the rental car contract so he could drive the rental car back to the hotel. (Because I wasn't going to let him drive my brand new car!). The young woman who helped me was very nice and very helpful. (I wish I knew her name.) I just wrote another review for the Enterprise location I actually rented the car from. They too got five stars. If I rent again, it will be from Enterprise.
