This was my second rental from this location and both times the service was wonderful. Nice friendly folks and a lovely car, exactly as needed, promised and provided. My favorite place to rent.

Very friendly staff and convenient location. I was not given a clear list of options for insurance to opt in or out of though, like at other locations. I usually opt out of protection of items inside the car, for example. I tried asking what types of coverage there were but the person I spoke to didn't seem to know what I meant. I haven't rented form them in Texas though, so maybe it's different from state to state.

This is the only place near DFW that my out of town friends could find a car for the total eclipse.

I actually was dropping my friend off for him to rent a car. The lady wasn't hospitable at all. He ended up not getting service from them. If I ever need to rent a car, it may not ever be at this particular location.

I was desperate!!! My flight was delayed and I missed my connection, stranding me in Dallas where all rental car companies were out of cars at all of the Dallas airports. I found the last car in Dallas at this location in Irving. My plane landed so late that I was going to be arriving at this location after they closed. I called in advance and they were so nice to stay open 11 minutes until I arrived and of course it takes time to go through the process so they stayed open a half hour past close just to allow me to have a car that I desperately needed. They wouldn’t even accept the tip I offered! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kindness and excellent customer service, which is rare nowadays.

I was Over charged. Enterprise continued adding charges at their Own Free will to My Debit Card. Also Area Manger in the Irving Area Emailed All My Personal information to a Complete stranger, ( Claiming to be My Boyfriend, When of course I didn't Even Know this Person, & I am married) that is stocking Me, even sent them My Personal leasing info. VERY Scary & has caused Me Tons of Problems:(

Horrible customer service. I was told to enroll in a Damage Waiver program and they made me sign a contract when I picked up the rental car knowing I would be out of town after that. I told the sales rep that I would be out of town and I won't be able to come back to the store if anything happened. I was charged for that fee for 6 consecutive days even though I did not use the car and was traveling. When I came back, explained the situation, they told me since it was a "signed" contract, they won't reimburse me those charges. I don't recommend this location, please go somewhere else.

Went to this place today, spent $$ on cab and came away with no car to rent.They don't even try to find done. Just say they don't have a car today.DO NOT go here. They do not even give a proper reason, just say we are overbooked. There is no such thing as overbooked, usual dumb response

Please do not go to this location, customer service is horrible. Made a reservation to pick up, once I got there to pick up the confirmed reservation they say that they can’t rent to me do to an address issue. I call the reservation line and the location failed to input the correct in the system. Instead of them checking the information before them, they just chose not to rent causing an extreme delay in my emergency traveling plans.
