Horrible customer service. I was told to enroll in a Damage Waiver program and they made me sign a contract when I picked up the rental car knowing I would be out of town after that. I told the sales rep that I would be out of town and I won't be able to come back to the store if anything happened. I was charged for that fee for 6 consecutive days even though I did not use the car and was traveling. When I came back, explained the situation, they told me since it was a "signed" contract, they won't reimburse me those charges. I don't recommend this location, please go somewhere else.

Went to this place today, spent $$ on cab and came away with no car to rent.They don't even try to find done. Just say they don't have a car today.DO NOT go here. They do not even give a proper reason, just say we are overbooked. There is no such thing as overbooked, usual dumb response

Please do not go to this location, customer service is horrible. Made a reservation to pick up, once I got there to pick up the confirmed reservation they say that they can’t rent to me do to an address issue. I call the reservation line and the location failed to input the correct in the system. Instead of them checking the information before them, they just chose not to rent causing an extreme delay in my emergency traveling plans.

Omg this location on Beltline in Irving is A1 everyone of those gentlemen were amazing! They were nice caring and very hard working. They will make sure you're a happy client! And they took me home too!!! And told me they will pick me up if needed! They rock those men rock I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THEM I was able to drive 2023 Chevrolet Malibu for a week and I liked it!! I'm sorry I forgot all your names but all of you thank you so much!!

Under staffed, undertrained for more special situations. What to expect: staff is multitasking, they are great once they get to you, get there early and expect to stay late because getting checked in also takes time.I was with a nonprofit entity and it took close to 20 minutes to get checked in after it was my turn (under trained).

I have told all my loved ones and people I care about to never rent from this location. Do not be fooled by their uncanny service, these guys have good talk with negative intentions. I was advised by their “intern” via email that I could return the car after hours and drop keys off in their drop box for no additional charge. Usman, the branch manager advised the contrary and proceeded to charge an additional fee for not dropping off the vehicle within the allotted time. After some friendly back and forth, we both agreed that the verbiage in their email templates was deceiving and didn’t reflect their after hours “policy.” All in all, he advised that he would initiate a refund, which he did, alas, it was rescinded 2 days later. Extremely disingenuous and crooked. Stay away please.

They will try to rip you off with BS excuses and horrible service & never pickup the phone you can try 972-513-9495! I came through insurance due to my car collision * Location excuse #1 they don't have the same category what insurance reserved for me, its there responsibility to manage the car 1st and then pick/contact the customer after bring you in the office they will push you to upgrade the car which I declined and they said wait till car is available and they make me wait almost 1 hours and suddenly same category car they assigned which was already parked! * Upon returning the car again they didn't close contract and excused they give insurance didn't approve full rental I have to pay 3 days rental if I want to close the contract, and they will keep the contract open for a week once insurance pay full rental then they will close the contract, I agreed and left the office. Next day I called insurance they said it's paid full till last date no confusion anymore, then after 10 days later my CC charged appeared and there is no where mentioned in the itemized invoice about extra amount etc. and came to know they charged for upgrade amount!!!!!!!!! Be careful don't trust them what they say every thing asked them in documentation.
