the employee was VERY RUDE & NASTY! I can't believe this service he rolled his eyes at me & huffed and puffed! because I didn't understand and I was trying to get more information about my phone line. I just walked out. if you hate your job Get a NEW JOB.

I wish y'all would make your service technicians close the boxes on the outside of buildings after they do a repair. My guys get called out in the middle of the night because the wind is blowing the doors and hitting the window or wall. I just seen one guy pry one open because he did not have the proper tool or key to open it. I have seen guys take the screw out that I put in to hold it shut and they throw it on the ground and leave it that way. This is really starting to get frustrating. I do not have this problem with the guys from Frontier.

I came in to return equipment. There were 3 individuals at their check out stands and kept myself, another guy doing the same and a woman trying to get details on a bill for less than $10 for over 30 minutes and only one of them were working with a customer. And yes, we all checked in. Should have just gone to fedex to return...

Spent two hours trying to cancel my account over the phone. They made me come to the store to turn in my modem they provided. As soon as I walk in I get yelled at about needing a mask and it is a city mandate( not true in any way shape or form) So I go to my car to get a mask. The employee was insanely rude from the start. Please tell me when calling a customer a "******* SCRUB" is a part of the protocol? Insanely terrible service. Glad to be with Att fiber 10x better download 200x better upload for THE SAME COST AS SPECTRUM

Terrible company. Paying $110/month for internet which when tested is half as fast as advertised. Finally switched to Verizon 5G, which costs $50/month and is 2.5 times faster. So happy to get this company out of my life. Then you have to go give them "their" router back and (because if you mail it in they'll claim they didn't receive it and keep charging you $110/month for service you're no longer receiving) and you run into their infamously terrible customer service. They'll overcharge you and lie about their internet speed for years and still treat you like s*** when you just want to give them their equipment.

Signed up for managed firewall/security services, and getting any changes done is like pulling teeth. Malcolm Jones is the absolute worst, does not do what he says. From the install to post install service, this has been horrible!!!

Poor customer service; also, poor service. Three outages in the first seven weeks but this is the only provider for apartment complex after job relocation. Avoid if you can!

The Self installation kit came.. it all looked so easy..the trouble is.. the coaxial cable that delivers the signal..They are reluctant to send a technician..So I've been without TV or Telephone for a week.. I call everyday.. to report it. (on my cell) but,.. still no tv or phone.. Frustrating..

When I moved from my apartment, which had basic cable service included. I was told that I should still place the service in my name since the providing service rep was not affiliated with the apartment complex and that I would need equipment to utilize the service. When I planned to move out due to poor conditions of the facility, I went to return the equipment as well as to pay my bill to date May 2017, 4 weeks prior to turning in my keys in June 2017. I came here to return the internet router because I purchased my own router while the old Spectrum router has been kept charging me more than $5 per month recurring fee just for renting the router. Before I came to this location, I called Spectrum customer support, who clearly stated that the simple return of the router to a nearby location will work and be a smooth process. Well, I drove all the way and waited for about 30 minutes because the Spectrum representatives simply did not have enough permission and knowledge to handle my request. At last, the representative who seems be a manager said that they cannot do anything because they simply don't have the "legacy" code that is tied with my bundle. I said, "why can't you just take the router here and you call Spectrum to work with them since you are a middle layer representing Spectrum service." He said that he cannot, and I have to call the Spectrum to work with the legacy code. Why the heck did I have to waste more than 30 minutes due to this miscommunication, a lack of sufficient trainings, and misalignment with the Spectrum services?
